The place is beautiful and exactly like photos in the listing. The sunset is unbeatable from the balcony. It was our first holiday with our 10 month old and we enjoyed a lot. Priyanka shares a lot of information about local food and sight seeing. Both services were good and we enjoyed them for 2 days. As a host, she is very responsive and tries to accomodate even last minute request. She was able to make good arrangements for our early check-in request and late check - out request. Even the person at the reception were very helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay !! Nikhil provided all required information before checking in which helped a lot. Snacks and soft drinks provided was a plus. We really liked stay here. One suggestion could be to provide more crockeries/steel utensils which will help while cooking.

I had the most amazing stay at this riverside retreat! The location is truly special—right next to the river, in a peaceful and offbeat spot. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunset, when the sky would light up with beautiful colors. I loved sitting on the bench by the water, soaking in the serene atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a toaster and a mixie, making it easy to prepare meals. A nostalgic touch I really enjoyed was the DVD player with a huge collection of original DVDs—great for cozy evenings indoors. Since the place is so close to nature, you’ll likely encounter some insects and reptiles, but that just added to the charm and authenticity of the experience. If you're someone who loves peace, stunning views, and being surrounded by wildlife, this place is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more tranquil and beautiful spot to relax. Highly recommend!

Dear Bunny's Beach House Villa Team, We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bunny's Beach House Villa in Mangalore, and we wanted to express our heartfelt appreciation for the delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the tranquility and beauty of the villa. The villa was impeccably maintained, offering a fresh and clean environment that made us feel instantly at ease. A special highlight of our stay was the exquisite seafood delicacies prepared by your talented cook, Dinakar. Each meal was a feast for the senses, bursting with flavors that truly showcased the best of coastal cuisine. We were also enchanted by the presence of peacocks around the villa. My kid lived it. Rooms & everything was cleanly maintained. Strong backup generator. Beach is hardly a few meters walk, there is not any street lights on these roads so pls plan your evenings accordingly, famous restaurants are 9+kms away but Swiggy, Zomato services available. we ordered from Pabbas:)

A Wonderful place to stay!! Thanks to Sandeep for being friendly host. Check in and check out was hassle free. Great location with beautiful surroundings and amazing sea facing balcony’s. Stay is exactly as in the pictures with beach in walkable distance and good restaurant in the same building. The house was neat and clean which made us feel like we stayed In Our own apartment. Highly recommend this place ..!!

It was one of best homestays we have ever lived in. Pros- 1. Outstanding view from the loving room, terrace, masterbedroom and even the kitchen. The view from its terrace is unbeatable. 2. Very very well designed house. the house has a pool thats inside the house itself. Imagine a master bedroom with a view of both the pool and the sea 3.FOOD - If nothing just go to SomVillas for food. We have eaten like a glutton and no guilt because the food was extremely delicious. Absolutely 5 stars and no cons. Things we would have liked to better- 1. Kids pool was slightly slippery. 2. After the second day the pool got dirty and we would have liked it to be cleaned. 3. Couple of home appliances can be replaced Overall just close your eyes and go for the stay. This is an outstanding property, one of the best designed properties, Super view, humble hosts, kind staffs and the best mangalorean food is served by the cook there.

We had a good stay at Ram’s place. The house has 2 air conditioned rooms and a single bed in the living room. The accommodation is easy to find and is right at the beach where we spent a great evening playing in the waves. There are nice restaurants nearby as well and the caretaker lives right next door.
