House vacation rentals in Mullins Bay

Mon Reve has beautiful views of the sea! Alexis was a helpful and attentive host before & during our booking! We loved the pool and the views from the deck. The perfectly placed fans were a nice touch to cool the home as well! We were a group of 6 celebrating a wedding and this home was perfect for us. We had plenty of outdoor sitting options and space to relax without being on top of each other! There is a 7min drive for Oistins & groceries and 15mins to the airport. We will definitely book for our next trip!

The villa was perfect for us. As other reviews have mentioned the view is unbeatable and the whole villa is great for large groups / families with lots of seating areas. Both David and Chris were really helpful and responsive - any small issues or questions we had during our stay were resolved quickly by Chris, they also provided travel cots and high chair for our babies. The pool is lovely, kitchen well stocked and great that every room is en suite. Location is quieter than other parts of the island which and the local eating options are really good and the small beach / jetty for sea swimming is less than 5min walk. We would definitely recommend Six Men’s villa to others.

We had a great stay at Keisha’s property and warmly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Barbados. The house is very clean with everything you need and a lovely backyard and pool. The location is excellent and convenient for basically anywhere you want to go. Finally, Keisha was very kind to greet us upon arrival and was super helpful and communicative. Thanks so much!

Here’s an updated version: Casa Esperanza was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable. The space was immaculately clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The house was the perfect location for getting ready for my wedding, offering both comfort and charm. Carolanne was very responsive, and the local contact (Michelle) made check-in and check-out seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. This house exceeded my expectations. The landscaping was perfect making for a very private stay while still being a short walk to shops and the beach. The house had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The pool was perfect for my family who just wanted to relax. The bedrooms all had their own AC and power / charging strips, so we didn't need the convertors we brought. The local host was super friendly and responsive and helpful.

Just had a great 2 weeks here, location could not of been better, super place to relax, safe and secure and everything is only a stones throw away to walk to. Accommodation was superb, Tim and Heather so helpful always able to assist/arrange or suggest visits etc. Loverly place to relax day or night, pool great to cool down in and loads of chairs and beds to chill out on. The covered dining area outside was fantastic to eat in and sit and talk. Kitchen and lounge also great loads of room throughout the villa. Safe off road parking too all behind gates. We’ve just had a fantastic 2 weeks in Holetown and will definitely revisit again in the near future. Thank you to Tim and Heather for everything you have done. Home from home, your home is beautiful.

Carlton’s place was great in many ways. It was so peaceful and quiet, we were not bothered by any noises. At the same time, it is walking distance to a beach, a supermarket, several great restaurants and bars as well as a mall. It is a bit of a ride if you want to be in St Lawrence Gap, but Holetown has everything to offer so we only ventured out to the Gap once. The house has everything we needed, it was such a lovely stay! And Carlton was super responsive when I couldnt figure out how to use the dryer. We were two couples so the fact that the house had two equal bedrooms was perfect for us! And having a pool was amazing.

Lorraine is an amazing host who looks after everything and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for, great tips and quick to help if needed, communication was from booking to returning amazing we would love to come back we were 5 adults and really enjoyed the house feels like a genuine Barbados home with everything that you need, thank you for two wonderful weeks ❤️

The house is right on the beautiful beach and had everything our family needed! The ocean views from the deck are amazing and the back yard feels like a paradise!

Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Quiet location. Car was a plus for getting out and visiting places of interest, shops and restaurants. Good WiFi connection. Fantastic caring hosts.

Haywood park is great neighbourhood to stay in , all the neighbours super friendly . The apartment has absolutely everything’s you could Possibly need in the house and for the beach .

Neil and Linda are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond their duties to help. The accommodation was comfortable, and the house was very well-equipped – if we needed anything, it was never a problem. Great location, within walking distance of the pool and the nearest beach, with a beautiful garden, in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

AnnMarie is a great host. Super helpful and accommodating. Got in before check-in time and she allowed us in. Her son was also there for us when we needed. Highly recommended and worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay in the Banyan Beach House. Access to an uncrowded beach was awesome. Sunsets amazing. The rental is located on the beach between Bridgetown and Holetown. All the necessities for a group vacation and longer term stay were available. The furniture is somewhat dated but functional. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage for clothing etc in each. Each bedroom had queen beds; an improvement for arrangements could be made by having one room set up with 2 singles that could be pushed together if needed. Easy access to grocery stores, ATMs, and shopping. Banyan Beach House is in the middle of a somewhat industrial area with the major port on one side and a rum factory on the other. At first this seemed to be a negative however you quickly get past this once you enjoy hours relaxing on the beach. We were able to explore the island easily from our location. A great family vacation in Barbados.

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

Marisa communicated very well The bouse was in great location to the south coast. Oistins. Kermits. Dreadhop brewery We rented a vehicle. 6 of us stayed in the house. Fridge stove all worked great. Charcoal bbq Patio was nice to hang out after long days at the beaches Pool was well kept and cleaned weekly. Rooms have AC witch is a must. Tv room has great sound system with bluetooth all in all great 2 weeks. Neighbourhood is quiet and very friendly. No complaints. jason our on site host was responsive and helpful

It was a beautiful modern home. Extremely clean and comfy. Host was very proactive and helpful with response. Away from all of the action, so be mindful of that. However transportation was easy since the bus stop was nearby.

Uvetta was so easy to work with before we even arrived online Barbados! She was at the house when we arrived to meet us and show us around the house. There only ended up being 3 of us there, so there was more than enough space, could have fit at least 3 more very comfortably! Great location with a very easy walk to beautiful Dover Beach and the Gap, will definitely look to stay here again on a future trip to Barbados!

Chantal helped me after I had booked the wrong dates for my stay - she was very accommodating and helpful. Stephanie welcomed us to the property and I was pleased not only with the check-in and walk around, but also with the feeling that I had a home from home. I have stayed in the area before, but when one books somewhere new, there’s always a nagging feeling that things won’t go smoothly. I was delighted with the welcome and to find that the house had more than enough utensils ( cooking and cleaning,) consumables (toilet rolls,) sheets, towels and beach towels as well as a barbecue and huge smart tv 😀 Thankyou to Chantel, to Stephanie and to Anna and Kay for making our stay such a pleasure. Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Betty was waiting for us when we arrived and walked us through the place. She was flexible with timing and very kind. I would definitely stay here again.
