Vacation rentals with lake access in Mullet Bay Beach

Beautiful view from the home on one of the most bay on the island. Private pool & terrace: an amazing asset! Recommendation: Take a small car or a 4x4 to easily park on the hill , otherwise park on the road.

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!

Great stay. If I was to change anything, it would be: warmer pool..I think because fresh water constantly circulates, it never has a chance to warm up.

Gorgeous Villa, in a more industrial part of town. Not as walkable, but very safe, guarded and quiet, very nice common area amenities. Pool, gym, waterfront. Far from restaurant row, rental car preferred. Close to airport and casino complex next-door. Very modern interior with all cooking supplies provided. Large living space and patio.

Las Brisas water condo is a must for your stay on the island. The location is the perfect mix of accessibility and serenity. 1. Minutes from the airport but yet totally peaceful 2. Less then 20 min from the french side beaches and the French capital 3. Less then 20 minutes from the Dutch capital and all the shopping 4. Less then 10 min from Simpson bay, Cole bay and and most importantly maho beach. And on top of all of that you have the breathtaking views of the mountains and the bay. A perfect place to watch the sunset or watch the yachts dock and take off. We will revisit as many times as we can. The condo is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful accommodation. Very well equipped. Everything was impeccable. I'll go back there without a problem. Bottle of rosé on arrival. Everything was perfect, no complaints. The owner and his daughter were quick to respond to my messages.

I was very lucky that Amy's place was available for a last minute trip to St Maarten. Everything was as described..I've had around 30 stays around the world and no other places has you as well covered. Everything is included that you would need except food and clothes (you can buy in town). The bottle of wine went well with takeout from the Italian restaurant around the corner. I had to work most of the time so didn't get much of a chance to explore but everything you need is within a few minutes walk or catch the bus (van) into town from the main street.. Maho beach where the planes come in was my spot to escape during the day. The rest of the time after sunset was spent on the balcony. Hole in wall has good live music, can just listen from the balcony or just walk over. I'm not a huge seafood fan but the restaurant just downstairs go rave reviews from what I could hear from the guests. No need for a car but parking is available. I hope to come back again.

We had a pleasant stay. Very good accessibility of the accommodation, good location. The beach is a 10min walk, we recommend this place with your eyes closed!

Comfortable place. Had what I needed Very Clean. Toya was very responsive with all my questions. She greeted me upon arrival and was very nice. Great location, Close to everything I was going to do. Would recommend and stay again. It’s a little store thats on the corner if you need anything which was great. I would stay again. She also assisted with getting me a cab, my cab had me waiting for almost 2hrs and she came to my rescue. Flexible with checkout since my flight got delayed
