The location is great, surrounded by all kinds of facilities, convenient for anything, very quiet day or night, three-story villa, can accommodate a lot of people, a lot of tableware prepared, 10 people can stay and eat here without any problems.The most important thing is the price, which is great for the configuration and conditions. Believe me, you can't find a house like this in Bangkok for the same price.

The place had so much room and everything was in perfect condition. the 4 of us felt very comfortable at the place. Because of Songkran, no traffic so were able to get anywhere really quick. The host was friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier. Thank You.

Our 3rd stay. Great location for us. 20 mins to Bangna BTS station to city. Lovely pool. Can walk to Mega Bangna. Great new restaurant 5mins walk.

Very clean and well equipped property with all necessary amenities. Host was also very helpful and flexible. We were allowed early check-in as well as late check-out due to our odd flight timings, which is very kind of the host. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would definitely like to stay at this place next time.

一個很好的體驗⋯⋯ Gigi is so prefect! The respond ratio is 100% and so helpful! All problems will settle immediately ! The location is fine, all Grab driver are known how to get there. We feel the BTS station is a little bit far, around 15 minutes, but it is acceptable. All photos are same as displayed. But the bathrooms equipments are old, but acceptable as all of them are work. Overall is really a good experience..

We stayed here for a month. Bing is the best host! She's extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive. The home is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood with amazing night market and everything you need at the mall. 711 is a 30 second walk down the road. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Highly recommend Tip's house. Located in Samrong, easily get connected with local markets and food, it was a wonderful experience. 10 mins walk to MRT, 25 mins to downtown. Tip was welcoming , always answer the questions quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The gated community is very clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with few people around and great amenities like a pool and a well-equipped gym. The house itself is spotless, bright, and stylishly decorated, featuring very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s also conveniently located near a huge shopping center with countless dining options and just a short drive from the airport. The hosts are incredibly polite and hospitable, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!
