The owner responded so kindly and made a reservation for a taxi to the last airport. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was very helpful to get a good night's sleep. The bed sheets were fluffy and soft compared to other accommodations, so it was the best accommodation because you could feel the cleanliness.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Tbilisi is our favorite city, we often come there and have experience living in beautiful apartments in the center of the old city. But Oto's house surprised us with its location right behind the Zoroastrian temple, 5-star comfort, stunning view. Believe me, the house is much better than the owner described. Even rainy weather did not prevent us from admiring the city from above. We felt like dear guests in Oto's house, we will definitely come again.

Superb terrace, very nice, in a beautifully appointed courtyard where the 6 apartments overlook. Very quiet apartment, a short walk from the very lively abanotubani neighborhood. The decor gives character to the whole. Highly responsive host. Access to the common washing machine is very convenient. Note, however: the many stairs to get to the accommodation and the fairly steep staircase to access the bedrooms. Similarly, the apartment is dark and does not have a “seating area” where to rest after a day of sightseeing. It didn't bother us in the summer, but in winter or bad weather, it has to make it less enjoyable.

Nice, clean and bright apartment. We checked in at night without any problems. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for living and in the kitchen dishes and anything for eating and irons and hair dryers. Beautiful view from balconies. At night, the view is simply unreal! The apartment is good for both family and company. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great apartment for this price. Own terrace, grill (had an awesome barbecue evening with friends), nice renovation, everything looks and works just fine Stayed there for a month. The only problem was to walk up to 6th floor, but not a huge deal for me - and also big respect for Davit to highlight this in apt description. In 2 words - all good, enjoyed the stay

We arrived in Tbilisi by car, the hostess gave us instructions on how to place the car in the underground parking lot. It was as convenient as possible, although there are many places for paid parking in the area through the Parking Tbilisi app. Everything was as comfortable as possible, the apartment is exactly as pictured, a great view of the city, a quiet neighborhood, not counting the "usual" noise of the city. But even the crickets interrupted that noise at night. A spacious terrace and a balcony beckon to sit outside with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The apartment is sunny, daytime and until the evening, the sun is in the windows. The apartment has everything suitable, we traveled with a child of 6 years and a cat. Felt like home. All furniture, fittings, repairs are in good order. There are several markets and cafes, and even a pharmacy around. We walked around the neighborhood, easy access to the historical part of the city. The only caveat is that we did not understand which elevator we need to go from the parking lot to the floor, so we had to go outside and enter the right entrance from the street

The apartment is perfect for 2 guests, really nicely furnished and well-equipped. Vake district is our absolute favorite in Tbilisi enjoying lots of restaurants, shops etc around.

Convenient location Everything is fine But there are 2 points: 1. People smoke on the stairs and the smell goes into the apartment. This really confused my wife. 2. Since this is an apartment in an old building, it a little cold But the place is wonderful and I recommend it. We liked.

The place is awesome. Clean, hygienic and spacious. The room has a sit out area with a nice view(esp during Christmas time). lot of places are walkable distance. Hosts are superb and responsive. They were quick to respond and helped out for any queries I had.

We had a great time. The apartment is cosy, all the rooms including the bathroom had excellent central heating and it was cold outside and the apartment is in the last floor. It is was spotlessly clean and maintained. Even in winter, the south west facing balcony is sunny and you can enjoy the view of the Mtatsinda mountain with a glass of wine :)
