Beautiful, spacious apartment. Location excellent for city centre and xmas markets.

We had a great stay, the apartment is spacious and light. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood right in the city centre & everything was in walking distance or buses & teams nearby. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend.

very clean accommodation and with all the equipment needed to have a good stay, free parking right in front, a bakery 5 meters away, if I had to find a point of improvement it might be the mattress to replace because a little sagged.

We had come to spend Christmas with our children who are young adults and the house met our expectations perfectly. Sober and beautiful original decor, spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding,a large kitchen and a large bathroom allowed us to have a comfortable stay. In addition to everything, we enjoyed Ghent, but also Bruges and went to Swin the nature reserve on the North Sea. I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful house to stay with a larger group. Everything is very clean and tidy, the kitchen very very complete, nice beds, a basement with table tennis and games. We had a wonderful week! The Christmas market in Arras is fantastic and there is a lot to visit nearby (Louvre in Lens, Lille, first world war monuments and museums). Paris is a 50 minute journey by TGV. Absolutely recommended!

Living the Dream was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4. It has loads of historic charm, beautiful views from all of the windows, plenty of space for everyone to spread out in and enjoy—and it is in the perfect location from which to explore Gent. The apartment is well stocked and includes many thoughtful details. We especially appreciated Bart’s friendliness, his help with our travels, all of his local recommendations. We stayed in December and really enjoyed being right in the midst of the festive Christmas Market. I highly recommend this lovely stay—we hope to return soon! Thank you so much, Bart!

Very nice apartment, modern, clean, easy to access (very close highway), well equipped, spacious. Small supermarket amenities are close by car. Self check-in and very easy. Jasper is responsive in his responses, helpful and do not hesitate to give all the information necessary for the good of the stay.

We had a great time with Hugo who welcomed us with a smile and explained the guidelines (that it's nice to have an in-person welcome!) The accommodation is bright, clean, well-equipped, quiet and even bigger than in the photos. We very much appreciated the essential parking in Lille and the location of the apartment which is ideal, close to the center but away from the lively streets. Anyway, very good experience, we'll be back, for sure!

We stayed at Willem's place for a week and it felt like our home away from home. The apartment is spacious, cosy lighting, comfortable bed, amazing shower and very clean. Free parking included and only a short walking distance from the city centre. Willem is truly the best host we've ever stayed with, and we look forward to coming back in the future

Had a great stay in this apartment. Very nice communication with Anne-Marie and goes above and beyond to make you a nice stay. The beers were cold upon arrival and there were already plenty of snacks available. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance. Had a great weekend!
