Everything we needed communicated instantly very welcoming space

The place was amazing!Five clean space,despite the fact that Airbnb is in the center of Volos, it was quiet and you could move on foot and in a few minutes be at the port as well as in the main shops! Very positive for us were the extra amenities Airbnb had,such as a washer, iron, hair, body soap, coffee maker,as well as glasses,cutlery. The climate of Volos is cold with humidity, but the house was always warm, it had an air conditioner and a thermostat that we could regulate ourselves..so for those who get very cold this is definitely an additional advantage!On the balcony only, there could be a pillow to sit now that it's cold, and in the kitchen a preparation to place the washed glasses for example. George was a great host,very communicative and very kind,he loves what he does and it shows in his work!The next time we're in Volos we'll definitely go for it again!

Great apartment in a great location. The airbnb was super clean and thoughtful, recently renovated. Very good and spacious bed and large bathroom. The location is great, you have direct access to Ag. Nikolaou with cafes, Ermou with shops, the beach, all 2-3 min walk. Really central and very convenient. Antonis was very helpful and direct in his communications. On our next visit to Volos we will definitely prefer this one again.

Our distribution was fantastic! The house was brand new and spotless. The three bedrooms were spacious. The place where it was located was quiet and in an ideal place for excursions to Volos and Pelion! The host gave us correct directions and was easily accessible. We will definitely choose this house again on our next excursion!! Thanks so much!

Outstanding hospitality! The house was accessible and in the center of the village. It had amenities that you can not find in other houses,such as a hair hairspray,sanitary napkins,hair dryer-even other accessory to the curly hair dryer. The balcony is excellent,clean and quiet. With very nice lighting at night. Very clean space with a full closet such as extra sheets,pillows,duvet,towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with cooking supplies and a wide range of utensils for cooking. I highly recommend it and have already recommended it to other people!

We had a great time at the island. The apartment was clean and tidy. The landlords had the apartment cleaned after three days of stay and brought us, as it got a little colder, a thick blanket past, very pleasant. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating and took good care of us. The only deductions would be the very low blankets, my partner has constantly hit his head😅. The equipment of the kitchen also leaves something to be desired, such as cutting board and a sharp knife. Otherwise, all in all very pleasant apartment in a somewhat secluded and rugged location. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

A private, dreamy home tucked in an olive grove, that's also somehow a 10 minute walk to the beach! We loved our stay here, and all slept super well (the house is cool and dark at night, perfect for sleeping in.) Views are amazing, host is super helpful. A lovely stay.

Great place and very accommodating and helpful host. The place has a beautiful yard and a nice citrus backgarden. All necessary appliances and supplies were provided in abundance. And bonus a really comfortable bed. Thank you Apostolia!

The house was beautiful and spotless clean! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this place. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

Me and my family had the most relaxing stay last week at Mataki guest house! Mata was super responsive and helpful whenever I needed to ask any questions and gave some great recommendations about the area! We loved Skiathos and hope to come back! The air bnb is set back from the town so it’s lovely and peaceful, the location is perfect.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Floor apartment very close to the center of Volos and suitable in a quiet area. Comfortable that made us feel at home. The host greeted us, not like renters but as her beloved relatives. Her attitude towards us was really touching. We thank her and wish her all the best to her and her family.

The house is new, beautiful decor, very clean and has all the amenities as if you are right in your home. Quiet area, easy access with a wonderful view to Pelion from both balconies! Thodoris is very friendly, quick to communicate and is generally there for whatever it takes. I will definitely prefer it again!

The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Initially I had direct communication with Nikos, who let me check in much earlier than the scheduled time. The apartment is centrally located, but there is no noise. The house is just like in the photos and with a perfect balcony
