Cabin vacation rentals in Mountain Rest

Robin was very communicative and her cabin was the perfect place for a weekend away. The lake was serene and the deck was perfect to sit and soak in the sun. 10/10 would come again!

I went to Bonnie’s place for my birthday and we had an amazing experience, I wish I could stay longer. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Bonnie was an incredible host with a very fast response. I will definitely come back

VIEWS !!! This little gem is nestled on the mountain side perfect for a quiet, restful getaway. You really won’t want to leave but if you do, Brevard is easy to get to and the cutest little mountain town. The space was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub, the coziness of the cabin and ability to bring our fur babies. The sunrise and sunset are amazing from the cabin. Simple and beautiful escape!! You won’t regret staying here !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had so many thoughtful touches. All the extra information provided by the host was incredibly helpful. And the view was as gorgeous as the photos! We would definitely go back.

We were having our family Christmas get together and was so happy that the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made our gathering extra special! The house was perfect for our group!

We really loved our stay, more than we expected. We hope to have another getaway there.

We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about staying again in the future! The host was amazing to work with and communicated extremely well from start to finish. Instructions to the cabin, how to get inside, and how to check out were clear. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were amazing. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The mattress was a little on the firm side but still so very comfortable. I loved that several different types/softnesses of pillow were available. Everything was very clean and tidy. When she says the cabin is well-stocked, she absolutely delivers! I cannot recommend this cabin and this host enough. All five stars are well deserved.

It's a clean comfortable tiny home in a small secluded tiny home community. The massive window is excellent, and the homes are orientated to where you don't sew another one from that window. Good relaxing place to stay a few nights.

Great air bnb! Super cozy and filled with games & a record player. Everything you could think of to make your stay splendid. Host is easy to contact & very responsive!

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

Great little spot. Amazing views right on sight, multiple great bonfire spots on grounds. 8 mins from Tullulah Gorge State Park & only a quick 2 hr drive to Gatlinburg TN if you want to make a day trip there! Cabin interior was pretty outdated as you can see in the pics but other than that the place is wonderful i'd definitely stay again

What a great stay, close to downtown Highlands, yet super quiet, gorgeous view from the porch by the front door, and very comfy inside. We wished it wasn't so cold so we could've enjoyed the hammock and fire pit outside. We had our senior husky with us, and it was perfect for her. There was even a baby gate and fenced area for her to use the bathroom. Would love to stay here again, and would recommend to others.

Cozy home with thoughtful decor, warm hospitality and gorgeous surroundings. A little piece of paradise in the NC mountains. Can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin with our two girls and dog. It was picturesque and the cabin had so much character, was decorated so nicely and we felt at home there with the comfortable furniture and large spaces to eat. It was also close to town, but felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere...the perfect location for us. There was some snow on the ground when we arrived, but the home was so cozy and warm! I wouldn't be surprised if we come back in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us to enjoy a fun, long weekend and your great communication and instructions!

This was my second time staying at Bleu Canoe and it was just as enjoyable as the first! We loved being close to lots of hiking and the on-site restaurant is fantastic! While the cabin is rustic, it has just enough amenities to make it comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend staying here for an affordable weekend in the mountains!

Beautiful home along the water. Had neighbors, however they are far enough away that you don’t realize they are there. If you want privacy then this is the place for you. Definitely want to come back for a longer stay next time.

Exactly what I was looking for, seclude and with a lot of nature around it, but close to a lot of recreation. Great place for relax.

Lindsay’s cabin was immaculate and cozy! We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind together. We really enjoyed the scenery and Bo, the resident horse. I would highly recommend staying at this perfect little cabin. We hope to return in the future. I followed the cabin’s IG account to follow along and save for future visits!

Fantastic cabin for our family. The privacy is amazing , and the surrounding property/ trails are exactly what we were looking for. Host was super responsive - my teenagers were both asking when we get to come back!

Hosts were great at communicating and provided some great recommendations in the binder for the cabin. Cabin had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our family of seven. Cabin afforded lots of space to spread out and offered some scenic views of the surrounding forests.

The cabin was absolutely great to stay in. It was super peaceful and our dogs loved the outdoors. We arrived later than check-in and host was very accommodating and kind. Hot tub was so great with snow falling outside and nothing but birds chirping. The rainfall shower was also a huge plus. Super comfy bed too! Overall we had a great experience. Only thing I would note is that you should plan to arrive in daylight because we were never given an exact address, just directions and it was quite tricky to find and a little nerve wracking at night.
