Its excally what it is in photos and description. 50meters from the beach. i like the place, location and the Joywin's family and the beautiful garden in the front of the house. Joywin is willing to help and gives recommedations. I extended my stay.

wow, what to say about Barts place to do it justice. as soon as we arrived it felt like home. the kitchen is very well appointed for even the keenest chef. wife also loved the top loading washing machine (a rarity in the UK) the pool was perfect for our kids. never out of their depth, it was very well used across our weeks stay. the house has marbled floors throughout and AC in all bedrooms. the living room felt spacious and cool. Bart had some great recommendations and took him up on a couple of them. we weren't disappointed. Location in a quiet village suited us well, as we had a car and really enjoyed being so close to nature. Bart has put a lot of effort into making this a home from home, we can thoroughly recommend and are already thinking about next year!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Villa, Aadwika homestay is great place. it has beautiful interior .The villa is very well maintained.We travelled from long distance and were tired but when we entered the villa's aura our tiredness was lost.The villa's design is unique and ethnic.The owner is very friendly and his hospitality and service was very great. No words. The nature around the villa is very beautiful. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.the villa's ethnic decor and excellent service make it a truly unforgettable experience. Absolutely! Abhinav's house was amazing, very peaceful and surrounded by greens which we miss the most in our city life. Abhinav is an amazing host. He even showed us some beautiful places around. The house was very spacious and clean when we arrived. I was traveling with my dogs and I would highly recommend this place if you are also traveling with your pets. Last but not the least, the neighbour aunty's meals were super tasty. Please try her food if you are staying at this house. I had an amazing stay. It felt like I was staying at an authentic konkan house. 100% recommended 👍
