Vacation rentals in Mount Tabor, Portland

We had a fabulous stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to the waterfront which has some nice restaurants and neat scenery. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Catie was great! We appreciated the communicativeness. The place was amazing and centrally located to amazing eating and drinking (at all hours), shopping, and hanging out. The place itself was incredible -- relaxing, beautiful, and with every convenience. The weather was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop or the backyard. But it was perfect for our catchup reunion. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Catie and Rachel!

Imagine staying in one of the well laid out IKEA showrooms. This is exactly that. Clean, and simple. If you're not experienced in inner Southeast Portland, know that parking is what it is there. Plan on parking a block and a half away. No biggie. Conversely, you're in the heart of the best part of the walkable part of Portland. You are 110 steps away from the The Bagdad theater, restaurant, bar and cigar bar. Tons of stores and places to eat that you can walk to. Division street is within walking distance and also one of the better places to check out in Portland. I chose this rental because it was four blocks from our old house 10 years ago. It was a nice experience. The place is small, but comfortable for one or two people. If I had one constructive criticism, it could use a little more storage for clothing and personal items. Maybe a few more hangers in the closet would be useful if you have more than 5 shirts. A small dresser would be awesome. Ice cube trays, add that!

My family (three households) stayed together at Brad’s place while visiting an elderly relative at Sherwood Springs. It was a perfect space for everyone to be together and also have enough privacy from each other. The hot tub was great!We were able to walk everywhere, enjoyed yoga at the local studio, my boyfriend got in at the Barber’s and looked sharp before the family cookie exchange. Awesome Coffee spot and a brewery with top notch pizzas also within walking distance. There happened to be a parade with Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony complete with Christmas Carol sing-along and hot cocoa which my nieces enjoyed immensely. Would totally stay again just to enjoy the town of Sherwood with friends or family.

This space is fab esp if you’re with family/friends and using multiple levels. Each level is unique. Sitting on the balcony of the top level and tossing peanuts to the steller jays while boaters and rowing crews sailed by on the riverwas such a treat for my family. Visiting the pub that’s only a 1/4 mi away was fun too. People are so welcoming, none moreso than Mandie, who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

Erin’s cottage has a welcoming, quiet elegance. The pictures well represent the warm and well-stocked main room while the easy stairs make the bedroom, with its wonderful bed, feel as if you are in a treehouse. The location, while quiet, is an easy walk to all of St John’s great restaurants and activities, like the seasonal Farmer’s Market. I will definitely stay here again

This was one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. What an absolute gem of a space! The house, amenities, location, and host were all top notch. Valerie was communicative, friendly and prompt. The location of the place was walkable, beautiful, safe and near great food/coffee. And the house itself was clean, spacious, and worth every penny. If you’re in Portland, there’s no other place to stay. We will be back!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay! The property was quiet and private, making it the perfect getaway. Our dogs loved exploring the fenced property with us, which felt very secure, and they were entertained watching the neighbor’s cows. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again!

This was one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at so far. We felt right at home during our stay. You can easily see that there was a lot of thought and creativity put into the decor and furnishings. The little takeaway of Portland souvenirs was also a nice touch. We loved our stay and our time in the city!
