Chalet vacation rentals in Mount Princeton

We are repeat guests at Edelweiss Haus, and we love it there. Everything I have written previously applies to this latest visit and want too add something else. Kirk and Corine are wonderful hosts. They wished us a happy anniversary. We sent them pictures of the aurora that we saw one night. The Keurig machine started acting up. Kirk mailed us a new one. We have never met in person, but our family is fond of their family. They are sharing a special place and made us some comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Their hospitality is unmatched. We can wait to return!

My husband and I had a lovely time at The Last Resort. Snow and icy road conditions made it a bit of a challenge to get to the home, but once we unpacked everything was well worth the traveling. The home is very clean, comfortable, and well-lit at night. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our dog had a great time in the backyard. People in the area are friendly and very helpful as well. The style and furnishings in the home are also super comfortable, which is a major plus! We look forward to coming back next year.

Tyler made sure the driveway and front steps were plowed and shoveled for our arrival since we arrived just after a snowstorm. He also provided alternate internet since the snowstorm knocked out theirs and responded quickly when I had a question about the pellet stove. It was a beautiful location with a great view of the snowy peak of Mt. Princeton and made for a lovely getaway.

I rented 2 Creekside Chalets for one night to accommodate myself and my employees while we were working in the area. Although we did not utilize any of the awesome amenities that this place has to offer, the beds were great, the area is very nice and peaceful, and the sound of the creek at night was soothing for sleeping and relaxing. I will be back in Salida for more work down the road and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The fireplace was on when we arrived which made it cozy and inviting. It was a perfect place for the two of us to relax, cook, and enjoy the private hot tub. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent location, property, amenities, and proximity to the ski resort (Monarch Mountain). The hot tub was excellent, and the mattresses and bedding were excellent!

Great host and beautiful home. Excellent view and comfortable accommodation. All amenities were there as listed. Lots of indoor things (games, magazines and books) to do if you’re a group. Paul is very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Totally enjoyed the stay!

Really cozy and homey place! From mountains right outside the door to the hot tub in the back. Being 20 minutes from the ski mountain I truly don’t think you’ll find a place better than this.
