The place was clean, orderly and beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. Will surely come back. Keep it up!

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed at this place in Nasugbu, Batangas, from December 27-28, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience for our group of 8. The place was okay, with all the essentials we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We appreciated the convenience of their tie-up restaurant, as we were able to have lunch delivered directly to the place after a tiring road trip—such a thoughtful service! Both the caretaker and the host were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We even had the chance to enjoy quick island hopping, which was a great addition to the trip. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable place with accommodating service and fun activities nearby, this is a good option.

We had a great time staying at Keith’s place. The place is big, spacious and well laid out. Bedrooms are also big and beds would fit 2 adults and 1 kid. We enjoyed our time in Villa Solana, everything is provided for. Keith even drove from Makati to help get us into Punta Fuego’s beach! Ate Beth was a great help to us as well!! Would certainly go back. 😍

Thank you for accommodating us to your place. It was an amazing and enjoyable stay . The unit has it all , you just have to relax. It is very clean and tidy , love the smell of the room like hotel with the amenity kits.Kuya Al the caretaker is very approachable & helpful when we checkin as well as Mr.Mendoza the owner are very accommodating and friendly he make sure we enjoyed our stay. The place was very peaceful and serene as surrounded by nature which i really love, it also offers indoor and water activities which you can enjoy if staying few days. The staffs are also welcoming . Our family really enjoy staying at pico de loro we’ll surely come back. Overall, Excellent service and its highly recommended!

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

Ishi's place was cozy and clean. She's also very easy to communicate with. Great price for such a nice place. Will definitely come back. Thank you Ishi!

Overall our stay was good and the host was very responsive. It was easy to check in since the contact person was already waiting for us. The internet was fast! The kitchen needed a little cleaning, and could use more utensils and cooking materials. The water from the faucet and shower was brown but it was ok for us. The bathrooms didn’t have a bidet though. Hope you can add this for convenience of guests. The location was perfect! It was walking distance from club house pool and the beach, it was in the middle of everything. Plus the unit did not get hit by morning or afternoon sun since it was facing the pond (nice view).

Hosts (Louie and Noel) were both quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was very clean and spacious enough for our family. We are definitely booking Louie's place on our next visit to Pico De Loro.

Mark was responsive and gave instructions proactively. Place is perfect for a staycation with friends and family. Beach is superb with fine, none-rocky sands. I'll highly recommend the place to my friends and families.

Loved the balcony, fantastic view of the whole place. Dined out there, every chance we get, in the balcony, on the quaint and very sturdy dining table and benches. Hands down my favourite part of the unit.

Im considering to book it again if we will go to pico de loro

..its our 2nd or 3rd time i think booking with SEE properties at Pico, since they are the most responsive host when booking an AIRBNB for Pico. Though we are just saddened by the fact that they are not flexible in giving a little consideration on late check out/ early check in. And this specific unit had a defective aircondition at the living/dining area, good thing a fan is readily provided. Overall they are nice, very responsive and always give a welcome gift.

Our team-building experience at Handum Beach Resort in Batangas was very positive. The resort offered essential amenities, and the staff demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs significantly enhanced our overall enjoyment of the experience. For future improvement, it would be beneficial to offer more team-building activities to enrich the experience even further. However, it can be a bit challenging to access the resort, especially with larger vehicles, due to the narrow roads leading to it.

Booked last minute and Ms. MJ was able to respond and accommodate us promptly. Not the best view(low floor, parking side) but we were out most of the time. Room was clean and tidy.

Charm was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Flexible check-in. The condo unit was great and has perfect view of the lake. We would be happy to rent her place again.

The place was really amazing! Clean bedroom, clean bathroom, spacious loving room, clean kitchen. May enough supplies ng utensils. Super secured dahil meron cctv sa loob at labas ng bahay. Isa din sa hinangaan kk ay ang proper waste disposal. Dito lang sa lahat ng airbnb na naavail ko nakita ang ganyan. Kaya malalaman mo na responsible ang owner and caretaker. Kuya Ayong is so nice. Inaaccomodate lahat ng needs namin. And the owner napaka hands on dahil super responsive sya sa inquiries ko kahit sobrang kulit ko na. Ayo En Calayo definitely exceeds my expectations. My family and I are thankful for a pleasant stay and an amazing experience. Highly recommended. In fact, I already recommended it to some of my friends :)

Staying for two days at the beach and had a good time both at the beach and the pool. The bedding is accurately described, we could sleep 9 without utilizing any floor mattresses. Aircon is good quality and we had good sleep. Agree with a previous review that the kitchen utensils does not really enable good cooking, but having seen the previous review we "prefabbed" our meals and only needed rice cooker and BBQ for some great meals. Very good for our small kids that this unit is on the ground floor and there is some space outside.

The room is very nice and spacious! Ms Caren is easy to talk with and her ate Florence. I think the AC needs maintenance already. Overall 9/10
