Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mount Hotham

Had a brilliant stay at Jane’s stunning Airbnb. The moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. The beautiful property was absolutely immaculate, comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor bathtub was our absolute favourite. Lovely outdoor area where we were able to sit and enjoy our breakfast. A few steps to the quaint local shops. We only wish we were able to stay an extra night or two to enjoy Yack and our beautiful accommodation. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

great location to spend Easter with family

By far the best place I've stayed with my family.... EVER ! The view is incredible, the house is stunning, it has everything you possibly need and more !! Being able to launch my boat from the waterfront was amazing and the spa at night under the stars was incredible. The open outdoor fire place was put to good use and we ate outside every night, as the outdoor setting is like Tuscany :) This is oficially my favourite ever AIRBNB. Huge thanks Tania, for sharing this place.

WOW – What an incredible stay! I had a special and meaningful weekend planned with close friends, and our time at Victoria’s Barn exceeded every expectation. From the stunning views to the spacious interiors, everything was perfect. The kitchen and dining area were equipped with everything we needed for a big group dinner – not to mention how picturesque it all was! The location offered quick access to town, plenty of space to relax and unwind, and we were even treated to the company of so many kangaroos – a magical touch. Victoria's communication was flawless. She provided a clear breakdown of bedrooms and bathrooms before our arrival, which made planning for the group seamless and stress-free – something I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a large group or family gathering, immersed in nature, Victoria’s Barn is it. Beautiful memories are guaranteed here. A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The spa was warm and ready to be used upon arrival, which was wonderful after a 4-hour drive. We were also greeted with a couple of treats in the fridge. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We felt right at home, and so did our fur babies. Thanks Carol.

This is the second time we have stayed at Blue Haven. We have absolutely loved it each time. It’s a small walk to the middle of town. It’s clean and tidy and all that we have needed.

The views were gorgeous and the accomodation comfortable and as described. The facilities were excellent and the kitchen was well supplied with sharp knives, crochery and cutlery. We loved our stay. Thank you

Loren's house is exactly as described. The beds were comfortable with lovely linen. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils etc and all in good condition and clean. Appreciated Netflix and Starlink for Wifi. The air con, ceiling fans and heating are great. Neighbours are close by, but were respectful and quiet. The deck is large and surrounded by trees. The lake is a short walk.

We had an amazing stay at the Dreamers Garden House, it comfortably fit six adults and our dog. The house was very homely with all the amenities needed for a weekend away. Wendy was a responsive host who promptly replied to any questions we had when staying at the property.

This was a wonderful place to stay, exactly what’s on the listing and situated about half a kilometre from every place you want to eat or drink. The only thing we would have liked is an exhaust fan in the bathroom, 6 people sharing 1 bathroom with no window or fan wasn’t ideal. This didn’t take away from our trip but probably something to consider with a group :)

Great place to stay for couples! You get private cottages away from other cottages there, the location was super easy to find, checking in & out is super simple, and everything is clean. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway from the busy city.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. We stayed as a group of 6, including our 3 year old son and there was truly something for everyone. We enjoyed looking out the window in the morning and exploring the property and surrounds looking for native wildlife. The house has truly everything you could need, and we loved having the kitchen there so we could eat our meals at home and enjoy the property for even longer. Kathryn was a wonderful host who was always only a message away, and the recommendations left at the property gave us some great ideas on how to spend our time in the area. We’ve already spoken about plans on when we can come back to visit, as our 3 year old asked if he could live there forever. Thank you for having us!

Wendy's place was amazing and Wendy was very contactable. We had a few questions prior to our arrival and Wendy was able to promptly reply to our messages. Check-in details were also provided very clearly and was very easy!

Beautiful location that we and our dog loved. So peaceful and relaxing - the perfect way to escape the city for a couple of days. And the cottage itself was super cute but had everything we needed.

We had a brilliant stay in Porepunkah and would not hesitate to stay again. The log cabin was set in a beautiful, quaint location and it made for a very relaxing week. Claudia was great with helping us check in and showing us around with the property being walking distance to the town of Porepunkah. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful spot. Sauna, spa, ice baths all a bonus. Bright is a magical alpine town.

Lovely rustic cabin that is well appointed with a comfortable bed, hot shower and spectacular views (a real treat for golden hour sunsets). Driving distance not far from Dinner Plain and Omeo (fantastic for mountain bike enthusiasts) but still feels a million miles away. Star gazing at night is highly recommended, so clear in the evenings! The property is also pet friendly, which is such a bonus as we love taking our dog with us on our adventures.
