Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Mount Etna

We some lovely days in the cabin! The views is simply amazing - which revelaed it self on our last morning. On Dario's recommendation we watched the sunrise which was incredibly beautiful. We also went on a guided trip on Etna with Dario which was also a memorable day.

Great area to stay in. Near to the mountain and close to the sea. Very nice place. Lots of outdoor space. And unique for us to see the Etna fire the last evening. That made it complete. And thanks for lending the binoculars. And thanks for the delicious wine and Easter eggs!

(English translation below) Monica and her husband Salvatore were fantastic hosts, extremely helpful and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome (and even gave us pastries from a local bakery) and were very flexible with check-in and check-out. My wife and I were alone for one night, but we would have liked to stay longer for several reasons: first of all, for the extremely beautiful and quiet location, surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is surrounded by an orchard with apples, pears and plums (and other fruit trees), so we were able to enjoy great fruit, perfectly ripe, freshly grown. Our stay was very pleasant. The chalet has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including an outdoor patio overlooking the orchard, a loft with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Another advantage is that the chalet is quite high (about 1300 meters above sea level), so the temperature was lovely despite the heat of the Sicilian summer. Another advantage is that the chalet is quite high up (around 1300 meters above sea level), so the temperature was lovely in spite of the heat of the Sicilian summer. This is the ideal spot from which to explore the gorgeous Mt. Etna and the neighbouring towns.

Genny was really welcoming and helpful, always ready to make us feel at home. The property was taken care of and clean, everything as described. Definitely recommended!

We wish we could give more than 5 stars! Rosita and Alfio are the kindest, most thoughtful hosts . They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and right at home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, easy, and full of heart. The space (and view) itself is absolutely stunning - even better than the photos! It’s peaceful and serene, yet super strategic in location: just about an hour to Catania, 45 minutes to Taormina, and 30 minutes to the northern side of Mt Etna. We made the mistake of only booking 3 nights - don’t do the same! You’ll want to stay longer, trust us. 110% recommend this gem of a place and the beautiful people who host it!💕

Wish we could have stayed for longer, a lovely apartment in a quiet location. Whilst approx a 20 min drive to Taormina, it's well situated for the local beach. Also, good location for etna tours, Alcantra Gorge, Taormina etc. Taormina itself was exceptional. Whilst up three flights of stairs, the wraparound balcony is worth it! Great host, responsive, friendly and has a lot of local recommendations.

We had a very very nice stay everything very very clean. Pool was private. We swam alone guest rotatable was very helpful. Everyone was very nice top top. We will definitely go there again best regards and thank you so much

Emilio is an exceptional host. From the first day, he attended us very friendly and although it was not his obligation, he did us the favor of transporting us from the train station to the residence. During our stay, he was always attentive and resolved any need we had. She is a very friendly person; we even shared some beers together. My partner and I spent a month in this apartment, which is fully equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend it. A tip for future guests: it is convenient to have a car, as the transportation system in Sicily can be quite complicated. The pool was available from July. In conclusion, I recommend it.

Elio and Katrina really are super hosts, but are even better than that. The accommodation was great and the location close to supermarkets and with good access to Etna and local seaside villages. The house had the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced and they have thought of everything to make it an home from home.. Access to Netflix and You Tube for Sky News was terrific. Elio was so kind and helpful to us on every subject, exceeding our expectations totally. We recommend Casa Clo without reservation and thank them most sincerely for all their kindness.
