Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Had a great time at Johnny place only stayed for a short time but definitely felt comfortable and definitely coming back . Price is great to for the room

Very nice stay in this apartment. Well arranged apartment with all the amenities you need. Great if you have to go to a concert in Eden Park. I would highly recommend it.

An amazing apartment for a girls weekend. 2mins Walking distance to the best end of ponsonby road which made the weekend so easy! Craig was also super helpful and friendly and helped us with parking. Will definitely use again!

A beautiful appointed apartment in a wonderful setting. Ferry link to the city was 3 three minute walk from the front of the apartment. The restaurants and cafe in the area are all lovely and the Farmers Market on a Saturday & Sunday are good. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Andrew’s apartment.

Airbnb was maaaaaasssive! Comfy and modern!! Loved every second there. Neighbour were a nag though, didn’t like her vibes lol Awesome airbnb nonetheless

We had staff working nearby and this place was perfect. Homely feel and nice place all around! Ida was lovely, great comms, would definitely recommend!

Great location for short Uber ride to both airport and Coast to Coast Walkway. We only stayed overnight, but were able to walk to the supermarket and a Cafe for breakfast items. Also, Mangere Mountain was a nice green space to enjoy a morning walk. Lawrence was very kind and graciously worked with us on our arrival timetable. The accommodation was perfect for our overnight with five adults.

Fantastic house with beautiful harbour views in a great location within Auckland. We had a lovely time at Kiwi Nest's place; the place was tastefully fitted out, and the location is unbeatable - right near the harbour and also walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants and bars in Ponsonby. The Kiwi Nest team were also very communicative and easy to deal with. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed, plus more! Its was perfect being very handy to train station.

My whole family enjoyed and loved our stay here. The house was super clean and tidy. FYI for other potential guests: - Parking is a bit difficult and garage can only a small car or sedan. Utes cant fit and SUV might not fit as well - minor issue with slow shower drain - all rooms dont have AC but the living room does. this is important to consider during warm season - no spare towels but they have washing machine and a dryer in the garage which is helpful for guests wanting to stay long Overall its 5 stars from my family. Thanks a lot Bryan for letting us stay in your wonderful house.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

My partner and I had a great stay at Stephen’s place for a couple of nights. The room is on the smaller side as shown in pictures, but the bed is very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom is a major plus. The shower pressure is also outstanding! Stephen was very nice and friendly, but we also felt like we had our own space and privacy. Being able to use the kitchen/patio and do a load of laundry was great! Location is really nice and easy to get around by foot or buses. Recommend!

Great place to stay as it is right by the Sky tower. Room felt very private as there was another door before the bedroom and bathroom. Instructions for self check in were very detailed and easy to follow! Sarah was a very thoughtful host and communicated very well with me throughout my stay! I recommend the place if you’re a solo traveller that values privacy and want to be right in the CBD!

We really enjoyed our five weeks staying at John's place. The unit was very comfortable and its location was really convenient. John is a friendly and super-responsive host.
