This was a lovely place to stay. We loved the area, and the house was beautiful. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. It is an old place, with lots of nooks and crannies and interesting books, artworks etc, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was a beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings. Owners couldnt be more accomodating. We will definitely be back.

The place was a delight and the bed itself was amazing. Which is pretty much the most important thing. Spa bath was also awesome and lots of great places to eat nearby. Highlight for me was a trip up to Falls Creek: no snow, no people, no worries! Highly recommended and Sarah was both responsive and super-friendly. First class all round!

Thank you, Victoria and Adrian, for sharing your incredible property! From the moment we arrived, the sight of kangaroos on the lawn and the stunning Barn left everyone in awe. No one wanted to leave; the kids even asked if we could make it our permanent home! It's truly a gem in Bright—so much space and comfort, and you’ve really thought of everything.

Lovely location with fab views. Very well equipped house. It really suited our group and we had a terrific stay.

The unit was clean as recently been updated, with everything you need and close locations to shops and easy access to everything.

Excellent stay. Really cozy space. House let our kids around the farm and let us pet the animals. Very kind people.

A stunning spot to stay! Great hosts and an amazing log cabin! The only thing that was a slight problem for us was having just one toilet which is in the bathroom making it tricky for 2 couples, but this is absolutely the perfect place to stay for families! Such a beautiful part of the world, highly recommend!!

Relaxing peaceful place, very clean, has everything you need. And the outdoor decking overlooks the mountain was the highlight for me👌🏼 Matt and Britt have created a beautiful garden to add to the peacefulness of the place along with their welcoming nature. Very much recommended and definitely will be back 🌷

Barbara is a super host, with perfect communication and hospitality. The location is ideal for spending quiet time in the bush. She gave perfect directions to Bright, where people usually get lost as the tracks could be confusing. The experience was unforgettable. Barbara went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her detailed directions to Bright were a lifesaver, especially given how confusing the tracks can be. We had a lovely time at Corte's Cottage and look forward to returning when we can soak up the atmosphere of the surroundings more. Lots of very thoughtful things left for guests to use- bikes, kayaks, basketballs that bounce, washing liquid for the machine, bbq wipes etc. House was extremely comfortable. The air con units in each room were very handy and I'd imagine wonderful in summer and winter. Great place in a fabulous area. Enjoy :-)

9 days of the most beautiful, peaceful environment… and slow time. Utterly therapeutic. Made thoroughly welcome from the day we arrived… Cath, who looks after and hosts the farm, was warm, informative and untiringly helpful! Having the pristine Bundara River running right along a boundary provided for fly fishing opportunities and long walks with our pair of labradors… the puppy even learned to swim while we were there! The rustic hut had all that was needed for a simple, comfortable stay, with a deck where we could watch the foals race and listen to the water running from the dam. Looking forward to our return visit!

Shadycrest was the perfect location to base ourselves for our hike of Mount Bogong. Every feature of the house was thoughtful and made for an enjoyable weekend. Plenty of room, and great value for a group. We’ll be back.

Fantastic location very short walk to rail cafe and Punka pub and the bike trail. Very comfortable spaces inside, great fireplace with plenty of wood, super comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. Lots of good books on their shelves for adults and kids. Kids loved the easy access to the river and the provided kayak. Joelene was really responsive to any questions we had.

Centre of Bright and spotlessly clean, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It has everything for a solo traveler, couple or small family - and don’t forget pooch. Well equipped kitchen, the fluffiest towels (and so many!) and a lovely king bed in main bedroom. Across from Woolworths and car/dog wash, walking distance to any number of eateries and the Canyon walk. Bike rental a two doors down for those who come for the rail trail. Off street parking for one car and a great little front yard for evenings and play time for your dog. Highly recommend.

Had the best weekend there, the place was amazing, this home surrounds with the beautiful nature, so clean and perfect place to stay. Defiantly recommend ❤️

If you are looking for a beautiful homely environment with class and impeccable taste in furnishings then this place is for you. Fantastic location, exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and everything you could want or need is provided. Fantastic hosts who were ever so helpful with any questions and extremely quick with responding to messages. Can thoroughly recommend this property if you get the chance to book it

Perfect base for a snow trip. The house is great for a group and within walking distance to the pub and restaurants. Vicky was proactive in contacting me and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Would highly recommend this house to any groups heading for a weekend to Bright. It is extremely clean, tidy, well-appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a great weekend. The communication and service from the owners were perfect. So much to do for people of all ages, including a pool table, pinball machines, etc. A big thanks to the owners for adding to our amazing weekend and such great service.

A lovely cottage beautifully presented and set in lush gardens In Beechworth but also in the bush. We didn’t want to leave! Hosts were great. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

Had a great stay here! Very comfy and warm. Loved the creek out the front. Easy to walk to town too!

Beautiful place to stay! Lovely location, close to wineries and the house itself is gorgeous inside. Phillipa was kind & responsive, lovely host. House missed some listed amenities (hairdryer, dish soap/dishwasher tablets) and the pool area was messy but these didn’t hinder our stay. Overall, would 100% stay again.

Terrific stay, everything we had expected Linda delivered. Lovely large house, pool great for the kids and easy walk across the river to town.
