The apartment is fully furnished and nothing is missing. Shopping is close-by and walking distance. A bus stop is right nearby. Good starting point for day trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! The location is wonderfully quiet which is perfect for relaxing days. The facility is tasteful and the facility leaves nothing to be desired. The many tips for the activity that Jule gave us were particularly helpful. She was always quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend the cottage!

It was very clean at Ute's place. The apartment is also lovingly furnished & decorated. The living room is very spacious, while the dining area in the kitchen is rather compact... Otherwise, the offer of 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms is of course great if you are traveling in a group. Ute spontaneously allowed us to use the second parking space in front of the house. That was great.

The house is very nice, spacious, and complete with everything you need; upon our arrival it was very clean, in a warm and welcoming order. It's about 40 minutes from Innsbruck and 10 minutes from numerous supermarkets. We had a pleasant weekend with 9 people visiting the center of Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Very satisfied with the strategic location, isolated from the city and in contact with nature.

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely place. Being that we had a car, it was convenient for parking. The hosts even helped us out as they noticed we were a bit lost getting in!

We had a great stay at the apartment and felt at home. The kitchen fits perfectly if you like to cook your own meals. Alex was super helpful and responsive with great tips. When we checked out my kids said they would love to return and stay at the same place next year. What can you say more? Raanan
