This hostel is run by a married couple, but as both of us are full-time social workers and nurses, it may take some time for us to reply. ■Please note As the building is old, the facilities are old and slightly damaged. Due to a lack of staff, cleaning may not be thorough. If you require perfection due to allergies, etc., please look for another accommodation. There is a forest and the sea nearby, so there may be insects. Please keep the windows closed. We have insecticide on hand just in case.

There are many place to have great food around such as Italian, Mexican, steak buffet or so. The major sightseeing spot “American Village” is about 15-20minutes walk from house. If you want to explore outside of Naha, come to Yomitan! This Airbnb unit was truly a gem. The space is fitted with modern amenities and it has a patio to dry your clothes. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer. The apartment was spotless! The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, utensils and any kitchen you would want. The bathroom has double sinks and the shower if very spacious. The view from the living room of the greenery of the island was beautiful to wake up to. I highly recommend this place!

Hikaru is very patient and friendly host. He is responsive and will make you feel at home. I reported the light in one of the beds and he responded if we want it to have it repaired immediately. We met the owner as well at the parking area and he is making sure that the parking lot is accessible. He even gave us instructions since we asked where to throw our garbage. Excellent place and service. Thank you.

걸어서 2~3분거리에 있는 바다가 멋지고 스노쿨링도 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소상태도 굉장히 깨끗하고 조용하고 좋았습니다! 주변 호텔보단 좋았어요. 단, 차를 가지고 오시는 것을 추천합니다.

Everthing was as promised. A few days before arriving, I found out that my departure date was a day later than I originally planned. The host accommodated me without issue. The few times we needed to communicate with the host, the response was very fast (15 min or less). The view is fantastic, overlooking the water. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen worked well. When we were there, it was unseasonably cold, but the heater worked fine. The toilet worked perfectly (no bidet). The shower/tub worked well. We didn't use the washer, but noted that it was there. The apartment is not large, but it is more than adequate. We had two people. It sleeps up to 5, but that would be very tight. We would be happy to use it again. For us, it was close to family whom we were visiting. Parking a car is allowed across the street with prior arrangement (we didn't need it).
