Waterfront vacation rentals in Moss Town

My stay was wonderful , pictures are exactly like listing. Clean, safe, and host was super responsive. The showers were warm and bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private and secluded beach that was a couple seconds from the doorstep. Plenty of parking nearby and host had security cameras and I felt very safe at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good. Practically on the beach, sunbeds, towels and snorkeling equipment available. Well furnished house, very clean, very comfortable for two people. Very convenient check-in and check-out. Glenn is always available. The perfect location, on a great beach and with a great restaurant just a few meters away. Everything was very good. Highly recommended.

First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. We really enjoyed staying here, but bring extra towels. Lol The ocean is right there and waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and looking out at the pristine water was like a dream. The island is a welcoming, beautiful place with amazing local foods and gorgeous outlooks. The local people are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly go back again.

perfect location and had everything we needed. Including beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling masks. Netflix on the TV cold AC. Only down side was low water pressure in the shower and sliding back door sticks but that's expected on the beach! Definitely staying again next time!

Great location. Right on the beach. More rustic than luxurious if that’s your vibe welcome to paradise. The community and people you will meet are far more beautiful than any 5 star resort. Levi is an outstanding host! The family is very welcoming and will do whatever it takes to make things convenient. If you are looking for local knowledge of the water ways good luck finding someone better! Thank you Captain!

Jackie and Jean Louis’s apartment is all that we had hoped for and more! Located on a beautiful waterfront a few miles out of town, it is private, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Kayaks are in excellent condition and the water is easy to access. The screened in dining room is exceptional! Do not hesitate to book. Lott, the property Manager, is hands-on and extremely helpful, and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return again!

Shavonette was wonderful, very responsive right away and gave us many recommendations - we loved Omar Taxi! The location is incredible, what a wonderfully Beautiful spot! It would have been better with the slider doors cleaned, I do think the cleaning person they have needs to be a bit more thorough. However, we loved the place, mostly the location; the beach was beautiful, every day sunrise was beautiful, enough space for 2 of us and had everything we needed, I would absolutely stay here again and will be back!

Not even sure where to start…if we could give this a 10-star rating, we would. We knew by prior reviews that Travis and Resa would be awesome, but they exceeded our expectations. Responded within minutes, gave us the best beach and restaurant recommendations, and there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t in the house. It had everything. We were so mad when we landed because we forgot our Bluetooth speaker for our boat days - guess what? There was one in the house for us to use! Totally felt like we were at home. Travis and Resa were great, but it’s hard to describe the private beach and the view from the house. It’s hard to describe unless you see it firsthand. Pictures don’t do it justice. This house is a piece of true paradise! If you’re trying to decide between this place and another, choose this one. Will definitely be rebooking for next year. This place is a hidden gem with top notch hosts.

Talk about a perfect place to stay while on the island. Not only are you a few minute drive from Georgetown, you have direct access to a beautiful beach and have two amazing beaches on either side of your bay. The Kitchen is fantastic and updated, with a new water heater and AC. You'll be comfy not matter what time of the year you go. Short drive to water taxi for little Exuma, several awesome restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here. If you feel like staying in and taking a day to stay out of the sun, the house is fully equipped with good wifi and great TVs.

Absolutely loved my stay at this dreamy waterfront cottage in Exuma! It was peaceful, cozy, and the views were unreal—perfect spot to relax and recharge. The host was super helpful and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait to come back

This was our second time staying here, we love it!! Quiet area, great view and convenient location if you want to adventure north or south.

A snorkeler's private haven! We were very comfortable inside the house. It was clean with plenty of room, but we didn't spend much time inside. There was so much to explore outside, right on site. Natural (rocky) terrain leading into the ocean. Bring your water shoes! Go out to the sandbar at low tide or snorkel around the edges of the rock or the sunken mooring/docking structures from another time. Then come up and rinse off under the outdoor shower. Char is your local contact and she is warm and wonderful and responds quickly if you need something.

We really enjoyed staying at Lidia and Eric’s place. They were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us some local recommendations. Eric even offered to take us in his truck to pick up some groceries on our first day there. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and the house is very homey and comfortable. Fully equipped with floaties, life jackets, kayaks + more. The views, AMAZING! The entire beach is practically yours. We were sad that we didn’t see sea turtles. But that’s nobody’s fault. I would absolutely book through them again because the location, and that beach is just so peaceful and beautiful. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s walkable to a grocery store, pricy but good stuff. And a pizza place in the same shopping center which was very good! Also walkable, on the opposite side, is a liquor store and Rush Hour restaurant. The lady who runs that restaurant is super friendly and the food we got was very good (wings and rice and fish sandwich).

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!

So happy we booked here. a must stay. And the host was fantastic. made sure or stay was perfect and then some. She was so kind and thoughtful. Will be back soon.
