3 nights in this magnificent house with its sublime view of the fjord. The living room is so welcoming and relaxing. No need for a TV, just look outside and admire the beauty of the landscape. The house is large and well equipped, with a very functional kitchen. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. A stay at the top!

I love it here!This is the most satisfying house I have lived in recent years.And I saw the aurora here!This "old house" brought us good luck and good mood!The host as well as the management were very lovely and very welcoming.They will remind us when the Aurora appears and other check-in precautions.The only regret was not staying two more days!I will definitely choose this place if I come here next time!

Wow! Perfect place for our family of four. The house was cozy and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice size and finish. The property its self was so beautiful with such an idyllic backyard leading down to the fun and cozy boathouse where we hung out playing cards and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. The beach area was fun to explore. Quiet area, free from the traffic and crowds of Lofoten, beautiful mountains around and a few beaches up and down the road. Wish we had stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back and relax here again!

We spent wonderful three nights at Sommarhus. The old yellow house was cozy and comfortable. Sleeping In such a peaceful and quiet place was a joy. Couldn't get enough of the beach, white sands & privacy. Beauty everywhere. Recommended!

We had the most wonderful time in Toril's house! A lovely place, warm, cosy, clean, spacious that felt like home. We stayed for 5 days and we loved it! It had everything we needed and more! Toril and Rune are so kind and hospitable! The welcomed us and brought us delicious fish and wood for the fireplace! We also saw Aurora Borealis from the backyard of the house. We will never forget our time there and we already miss it. We hope we will come back.

This AirBnB was super clean and really, really cosy. I would recommend staying there. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jann-Olav’s listing. The Airbnb is surrounded by the most beautiful setting and has all of the amenities you could need. During our stay we experienced bad weather and the host checked in with us and was incredibly accommodating. The location of this place is convenient. It’s within driving distance to Svolvær and accessible to other areas as well. The home was spacious yet still cozy. The views from the living room are breathtaking and just absolutely beautiful. This place truly felt like a little slice of heaven. I really cannot praise Jann-Olav enough for being an amazingly accommodating host. I hope to come back to visit again. If you’re considering booking this spot, just do it!!

We really liked the accommodation, which was very comfortable and well located, with a well-stocked grocery shop right next door. We particularly liked the quality of the bedding, the kitchen facilities and the terrace. The only drawback was that the toilet and bathroom were in the same room, which sometimes caused occupancy problems.

Everything is very good, clean environment, equipped with everything. Responsive and helpful host. The only downside is that the rooms are not equipped with heating and in winter it can be a problem. We were still provided with electric heaters that somehow fixed the issue. Great location for visiting the most beautiful part of the Lofoten.

The place was really homely and nice., with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. a bit of a drive out from the main towns, but worth it if you want the peace and quiet and the view. We also managed to get a great view of the Aurora from the house! The hosts were really responsive and helpfu l, even when we were in a sticky situation with our car outside. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying in Johnnys apartment. Johnny was always easy to reach and helpful. The Check-In was flexible and easy. For us it was the perfect base to explore Lofoten from Sund down to Å. After long days with extensive hikes, the time in the whirlpool felt like heaven. Can only recommend staying here and would love to come back and meet Johnny once more.

Great location for visiting the west part of Lofoten. Historical fishing town that is worth the visit, just take into account that supermarkets are therefore a 20min drive away. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine) as well as the elaborate hikes that are available in the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The owner of the house was very welcoming. The house is easy to find.Parking is also convenient. Upstairs there will be a booming sound at night, but it doesn't affect the rest.

This place is sublime with stunning views and just minutes from the bus stop at Sørvågen Skole. There are two grocery stores and even a few restaurants all walking distance. The start of numerous hikes are also nearby including the impressive Tindstinden. The accommodation matches the description, amenities, and is very clean with amazing views. The woodfire is a wonderful addition. We spoke with Sophie who also made local recommendations and was always quick to reply. Thank you so much Sophie!

We spent our first few days here on the Lofoten Islands and immediately felt comfortable! The accommodation is super clean, well-equipped with cooking utensils, and has a cozy living room. The only small point of criticism: it is very noisy in one of the two bedrooms - but overall highly recommended! 😊

Anna is very helpful. Her house is very spacious and much comfortable for us 4 to stay. The space provided backyard really helps us to wait and view aurora. We can even start a campfire while waiting for aurora to warm our body up. Overall, this is our best stay among all in Norway.

We really loved the cabin and its location next to the lake. It’s a very cosy space where we enjoyed spending time in the evening after a day of sightseeing and activities. We would definitely love to go back!!

Therese’s cottage was absolutely perfect! Tucked away in the woods so perfect for seeing the Northern Lights. It was cosy and warm & nicely decorated! Therese was so helpful and responsive too which made checking in super easy. Thank you!

Linda is an Incredible host! The highlight was catching the northern lights from the hot tub. The home is private, elegant with great views of the pier and mountains. We loved how close the restaurant was that we decided to take a short walk to it, stopping on the way to take pictures of the northern lights. We will definitely be back 😃

Inger's cabin is perfect to stay in the Lofoten. It's extremely quiet, we had a wonderful time!

We loved this holiday home! Fantastic views all around and the perfect spot to watch endless aurora shows! I will miss seeing what the view will look like today. A perfect central location to get to multiple walks plus a large grocery store in Leknes. We used the hot tub every night and it was wonderful for aurora hunting and counting shooting starts. The only negative was we found the master bedroom a bit tight to move around but our kids loved having a space each to sleep which is a rarity for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Fisherman's Cabin is located in a small fishing hamlet that is easy to access and peaceful. It is easy to enjoy nature from this place (hikes, beaches, biking...). Aaslaug has been able to showcase a historical heritage by creating homes that are both typical but also functional, comfortable and cozy. The large windows of the house offer a real spectacle for sunset. Aaslaug is a passionate and exciting host. During our trip, we had the privilege of being able to enjoy fresh fish caught on site. We highly recommend spending exceptional moments at Aaslaug's place.

My wife and I have stayed at over 100 airbnbs around the world and we both agreed that Fredrik and Ida's is the most beautiful we've stayed in. The cabin itself is immaculate, very well designed: modern, but cozy. The views are unmatched, you can spend hours just staring out of the large window in the living room. It faces east so you can watch the sunrise every morning and in the evening you can watch the sunset from the small hill behind the cabin. We were not blessed with the best weather while we were there, but the cabin and views are so beautiful it didn't matter. The cabin is in a remote location, very private, which is exactly what we were looking for. Despite its remote location, it was an easy and beautiful drive to all of the places we wanted to visit. We were sad to leave and are already thinking about returning. Fredrik was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. Thank you to Fredrik and Ida for the most beautiful stay!
