House vacation rentals in Mortain-Bocage

We had a lovely weekend with friends in Corinne's house, with Ingrid's support. The house has a lot of assets For young and old (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, trampoline, game room), private bathroom for each room... The annex also reserves some surprises with Barre de pole dance and/ or swing... the 2 bedrooms are therefore more to be reserved for adults to avoid embarrassing questions from children. Quiet and peaceful environment, 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. Ingrid's communication, Corinne's warm welcome also help make this place a perfect place for good family / friends.

The holiday was just what we needed. It's a place where you can really relax! Very rustic and rural but with supermarkets a 10 minutes drive away. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and the bedrooms were just right. The attic rooms do have low doors, I might have hit my head more than once but I am quite clumsy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with everything you need. Jennifer is a lovely host, although she lives next door and can often be seen gardening is not obtrusive but very chatty should you want. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sheep, chickens, rabbit and horse. The pool is a great size, not too deep which meant our 8 year old could stand up. It's not heated but we braved it! It's a lovely location where you can venture out but could happily stay at home and explore the grounds. It's wonderful at night, with no light pollution you can see stars very clearly and we enjoyed watching bats and spotting glow worms! Thanks for a lovely week

Steve & Dawn have a lovely house, very clean, comfortable and pleasantly heated. My family and I were so welcome, and so kindly! Even our 6-month-old kitten was quickly comfortable for his first trip. We forgot his croquettes and Steve & Dawn were adorable, having a cat themselves, offered us little croquettes. The extra breakfast is definitely worth it and was delicious. Thank you for everything! The Delrieu Family

We had booked the three gites as a family holiday with three generations getting together. It was perfect, with each of us having our own individual houses and plenty of outside space around each property so that we had some privacy from each other if we wanted it. The outside space worked really well and we were able to all eat together outside (Best place Jasmine cottage) whilst the two grandchildren (18 months and 8 years old) could run around safely and play with the various toys and have lots of fun and games together. The little one loved the train in Jasmine cottage especially. Although we had mixed weather we managed to visit St Malo, Arromanches, Avranches and the beach at Carolles and also got to relax/play in the pool. Thanks to Graham and Clare for giving us the chance to enjoy this time together.

Our stay at Anne-Sophie and Franck's was great. The airbnb is great and super relaxing. It shows that everything is clean and very well maintained. It's very cozy, it feels like home. Mention ++ for bedding, better than a hotel! Anne-Sophie and Franck are very welcoming and very kind, we had fun chatting with them. There are a lot of things to do in the area. We went there at the last minute to spend 5 days and were pleasantly surprised. A beautiful reconnection to nature and humans. We recommend ++++:) Thank you again for our very nice stay.

Stéphane and Vincent's house is incredible. We had a great time together in the living room, and very nice meals in the lovely dining room. The place is really warm, the bedrooms very comfortable and the bathrooms very well equipped (just like the kitchen). We couldn't enjoy the garden due to the season, but it looks just as nice in warmer seasons. Thanks again for agreeing to rent your beautiful home to us!

Very good stay! Functional and comfortable accommodation located in a peaceful location. Thanks to Maxine for her responsiveness and for introducing us to these beautiful horses. We loved the hot tub, a great experience during this cold time! I recommend it without hesitating!

Very well located accommodation: 10 minutes from Mont St Michel, 50 minutes from Rennes and St Malo Very well equipped kitchen with all utensils, like at home Beautiful terrace and outdoor garden, although we were not able to enjoy it because of the weather. It must be super nice in summer!

It was a great place and very peaceful for a weekend getaway from Paris. it was big enough for my family and my parents in law. The place was clean and the owner are very welcoming.

warm welcome, host available and kind the house is extremely pretty, clean and spacious. the environment is splendid, there are still quite a few things to do for the time of a weekend getaway. a list of possible activities is available by the host, which is great because very little information about the area on the internet. enough to recharge in peace and close to nature

Dear Christelle, you welcomed us personally with a local gift of homemade cider. You gave us lots of activity tips and we did most of them. You are a very lovely hostess. You want your guests content and happy and not lacking anything. We enjoyed your home very much. It is very well set-up with even a dishwasher. In the morning sunshine we had breakfast in the backyard and in the frontyard we could enjoy the evening warmth of the day. Excellent stay with family (2 adults - 4 children - one dog) at La Ganivelle. This is a well-located home in a quiet, convenient, functional and tastefully arranged cul-de-sac. The listing details are clear and things to do in the area are well documented. The bedding is comfortable. Communication with Cécile and her husband was very good and the contacts were easy and pleasant. Very good welcome. Anyway, nice week of vacation in a beautiful region!
