The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

The house of Kátia is excellent, great space, safe, quiet, the gardens are wonderful, very close to the beach, wonderful view. The householders are kind, efficient and polite. The stay was worth too much, whenever I can plan to return.

My family and I love Casa da Érica, very spacious, airy, the house is as described, new house, with all the necessary equipment, the house is close to the beach, you can walk, close to everything, square, commerce and etc. Jonys, who received us, is a very attentive person, always willing to help us and whenever we needed he responded quickly, in short, the days we spent at the house were very pleasant and as soon as possible we will return.

Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

Simply the most amazing experience that my group and I have had. The village has greatly exceeded our expectations, flawless house, wonderful pool, lush sea view,waking up hearing the noise of the waves all very perfect. Jane's super helpful, thoughtful convivialist during the stay to find out if everything was okay,if nothing was missing,if we were enjoying it. We will be back more often and I will recommend it to my friends for sure. Actually, when it's time to come away even crying, it doesn't make you want to leave.

Very spacious accommodation, clean pool, well equipped with utensils. The Host very kind and quick to answer. The house is close to the lagoon, the Gourmet villa and the beach. All with the possibility of walking. I recommend it!

Our weekend was wonderful. From the day of the reservation until our return home, Mrs. Taís was always present, giving us the instructions, and always ready to answer us. The house is perfect, with everything we needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Well facing the sea, the location could not be better: waking up to the sound of the waves and having a paradisiacal view just steps away was a real privilege. The spaces of the house are well planned, clean, many sleeping places, many bathrooms, the very large and cozy house and the kitchen had all the utensils we need. It was an unforgettable weekend and we will definitely be back more often.

We loved staying at Aluízio's house! He was always helpful and very kind. The house is very good, very comfortable and great for relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss any utensils. It was me and my three brothers with their respective families and we all enjoyed it very much. We hope to return in the future!

Great house, caring home and great location

Our stay was simply wonderful, nothing but praise! The house needs no comment, it is right in front of the beach, the interior space is wonderful, we were in a group of 15 people and we were very comfortable. Manu and Mr. Chico were extremely helpful and attentive to us. We will definitely be back.

Yanka was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always very attentive to messages. The house was perfect for my event. The only bad point was the way to get to the house, the streets are very precarious we almost couldn't get there by car, and at night there is no lighting on the street. Apart from that external part, everything was perfect, air-conditioning, swimming pool, kitchen items, nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.

We were very well received and will definitely be back. The house is much more beautiful in person, it has a great and very complete infrastructure.
