VERY GOOD STAY, VERY NICE PLACE, VERY QUIET, EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN. IS WORTH GOING BACK. THE OWNER A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON 10/10

We stayed for about two weeks or so and had a great time. We did pay for parking and it’s like in the back of an attached house so that’s something to point out. Overall it was very safe to park even in the street but for safety at night we parked inside. We enjoyed the amenities of the apartment, although it doesn’t have a dining table it does have a small island and chairs. Overall the location is really what makes this apartment great, you can walk to multiple restaurants, it’s a block away from a park, which was important for us with kids. It has pharmacy right around the corner as well. The hosts lives on premise in the other apartments so if you need anything they are there but overall you have complete privacy,

This is a very nice quiet place in Puyo. Very private and secure. The on demand water heater does not work reliably. Hit and miss. The oven needs work but we didn’t need it anyway. All else was fine. Great WIFI and TV.

This is a great house to stay, very clean and very well stocked. It has plenty of room and you can tell there was a lot of thought and effort into making a nice play. My husband worked every day on the roof patio and it was beautiful. There is an amazing park that I took the kids to and went running on the trail near the river. We felt very safe and the neighbors were friendly. If you haven’t stayed in South America you may not know that there are dogs that bark most of the night in most residential places so bring good ear plugs. The owner was very helpful with extending our stay when we needed more time for our adoption. Overall I would definitely recommend!

The house is comfortable, in a quiet place Recommendable

This was one of the BEST places we’ve ever stayed in. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it—we celebrated Christmas there and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, the dining room, the living rooms, the playroom, the patio, and every single space in the house was spotless. We cannot say enough how awesome our stay was—thanks to Paulette for being an awesome and very responsive host.

Jhonnathan’s place was awesome and he was a great host! The place is just like the pictures and the house is huge. Location was great as it is near the city of Cuenca but far enough to make you feel you are in the mountains. Jhonnathan was super communicative and responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend to others and I hope I can visit again in the future. Thanks 👍

Excellent Host! Great House

Comfortable, spacious, clean and organized place. Excellent for a stay with the family to walk through the Puyo. It provides more comfort and privacy compared to hotel rooms of the same price.

Michelle was very attentive to our arrival, the place is very quiet and beautiful

I liked the atmosphere, everything was impeccable, the area is quiet. The place is well located because it is close to everything. It would be a plus that there would have been a clothes dryer on site. I would definitely come back.
