🥰🥰🥰The apartment has a perfect location, an ideal place, and a stunning view. The apartment itself is wonderful inside—clean and fully equipped with everything needed for living. The owner has provided absolutely every convenience imaginable, from drinking water to sunflower oil and even laundry detergent. Marisa herself is an amazing person—very caring, thoughtful, and attentive. This is the best option if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place by the sea to relax in a clean, lovely, and harmonious atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

The apartment was exactly as described - modern and clean. The location and Community was lovely, and we overlooked the pool. We also had access to the lagoon - beach and pool. There were lots of cafes around too. Sirat was a great host - he provided all the information we needed prior to check-in and was always very responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend Sirat and the apartment for an enjoyable stay in Dubai.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hanene’s apartment. As a host, Hanene is very hands on and does everything she can to provide your every need. At our request, she also arranged for a cleaner. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (no additional charge) Items that had been damaged/misused by a previous guest were replaced with new. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending either the accommodation or the host.

Everything was great. Great location, great place, great everything. The only complaint I would have is the fact that they only provide you with 2 body towels and two hand towels, which is really not enough. Additionally, we were struggling with the washer/dryer as it wouldn’t properly clean our clothes and ruined some of our clothes. Otherwise, everything else was great and the host was extremely nice and allowed us to check out an hour later which was great!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to JBR, where we enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the vibrant atmosphere. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. Amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Nice and clean place, it was a pleasure to stay at. The host is very polite and supportive and answered all the questions asap. I would strongly recommend this place, if you are looking for something with modern and fresh design with access to the beach!

Very nice apartment in the Marina area. It will be convenient, including for people with limited mobility. Everything you need is in the apartment. Very hospitable and attentive support at any time quickly responded. Nice pool in the house. The only thing that was very noisy, the windows overlook the highway and although there is sound insulation, some noise is heard all the time. I definitely recommend it.

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.
