Chalet with Amazing views in Chamonix Valley

4/5 bedroom family home in Les Houches centre just 50m from nursery ski slope. Our family home is available for a few weeks. Set over 3 levels it provides plenty of space for the whole family, with a beautiful garden, bbq, decking and trampoline it's a perfect family retreat. With 3 double bedrooms and two kids bedrooms with 2 single beds and one pull out single there is space for everyone. There are 2 living rooms, the main floor has a fireplace which makes for a cosy retreat in the winter.

This stylish and cosy newly renovated house with a large salon and two double bedrooms, with stunning south facing view over the Mont Blanc Massif, is a 5 min walk from the Brevent station. You can start your summer hikes just from your front door. It is an 11 min walk from the city center but it is advised to have a car for groceries as we live up the hill from the city. le Gaillands climbing area and lake are a 10 min walk. It is located at the entrance of the peaceful area of Moussoux.

Fully equipped (ski room with shoe warmer and ski rack, bathroom with bath and shower, underfloor heating) for a cocooning holiday. Village on foot, departure from the slopes 5 minutes by car or free shuttle at the foot of the chalet Mandatory cleaning €180 + €40 if sheets/towels to leave on site ❗️during school holidays, minimum rental 1 week ❗️

We had a fantastic holiday at Nelly's place. Our transfer from the airport was delayed by 2 hours and Nelly was very helpful in arranging to be there to greet us despite our late arrival. Due to the airport delay we were also late for our restaurant reservation that evening and Nelly very kindly called the restaurant to let them know that we had been delayed. Nelly's place has a lovely location with beautiful views of Monte Bianco from several of the rooms. We particularly enjoyed the spacious master bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed. The kitchen/dining/lounge area is spacious and was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. There are two great restaurants only 2 minutes walk from Nelly's place which are highly recommended for pizza and pasta (Fuori Pista) and steak (Lo Sciatore) and the Dolonne cable car is a short 10 minute walk away. We look forward to returning for another holiday next year! Thank you Nelly!

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Apartment as described in all respects, very spacious, clean and well-equipped. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Walking distance, 2mn from the nearest parking lot. Quiet place in a beautiful typical village of the Val d 'Aosta, 10mn drive from Pila station. Renato is a very friendly host, helpful and available when needed. We had a great time and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Great family stay at Cler and Arno's. 😊 The apartment is in a very good location, quiet with beautiful views of the mountains, and close to the 3 Valleys. Comfortable and well-equipped, the apartment allows you to stay there for several days with 6 people without stepping on each other. Cler and Arno were very welcoming, available, and had good tips on things to do in the area. We would highly recommend it! 🌞

A beautiful house, with an even more beautiful view. Exactly as in the picture. Fine beds, a lovely shower and all amenities were there. The children could sleep well with all the blackout options. Antoine always responded very quickly and made us feel like no question was too crazy. All the toys that were present made it a party for the children, especially do not bring too much yourself. Antoine even lent us a few sledges that we had a lot of fun all week with! There were 2 little things that are good to consider with little kids: The end of the garden has no deposit and runs down a slope. We were able to explain it to our 1.5 year old. The ball was quickly lost, but could be picked up again:). There is nothing to walk from the house because of its location against the mountain. That gives an amazing view, but you do everything by car. Good to keep in mind if you come with 1 car. Thanks Antoine!
