On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Perfect in every way. The most fabulous modern and clean Air B & B . Stayed for a relaxing long weekend with my Husband. The accommodation was in an idyllic position overlooking the only natural beach on the lake. A short walk away there were a number of places to eat and drink. A passing bus on the main road takes you to neighbouring Yvoire and Sciez, both worth visiting. The hosts Nadine and Gaetano are adorable. Always there for guidance but never intrusive . Thank you for a wonderful break

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

We had a great time in Malbuisson. Angelique's place is as described. It has been nicely renovated in the colors of the Jura. Everything is convenient and perfect for two people. A sublime view of the lake of Saint Point. Check-in is via a lockbox, which is very convenient for the flexibility of check-in and checkout. All amenities are reached by foot.

Friendly owners who do everything they can to make guests feel good. This is a lovely holiday home, everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work stays. Fully equipped property with a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with very large space and comfort. We had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace with lake views. It's also a good place to start cycling tours in the area and enjoy Lake Geneva between Thonon and Evian. It was an unforgettable stay and we had an amazing time. We loved our internship stay with our young people, it's to be done again and we will be back.
