I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful spot. Very quiet and quant, everyone knows everyone. Large set of stairs when coming in so pack light. Restaurants are walking distance, just expensive per the location. Stop by the store before going in, buy waters. There was no tvs in the room, but one in the living room with endless streaming options. The water was beautiful every morning waking up to. SOLOMan island was nice too ! Beautiful sight.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for families or a group of friends. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Wonderful place! So cute and very clean! The porch was my favorite. Host was very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing i would recommend is a mirror in the master bedroom.

Chris and Jen’s home was a perfect getaway for our girls weekend to Colonial Beach! The photos don’t do the place justice of how cozy and comfortable it is. We all raved about the comfort of the beds and the front porch was our favorite place to relax after a day of exploring the town. We were able to walk to town from the house for coffee and shopping which was a nice bonus. Chris and Jen were flexible with our check in time which we very much appreciate. We will be back to CoBe!

Absolutely beautiful home. We loved our stay. Mindy was so communicative and helpful. Location is private but also only ~10 minute drive to downtown Easton. We will come back!

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and friends. We had two toddlers that loved the river beach and pool. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids and adults busy!

The house was cozy, accommodating and clean. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. It was quiet and the beach was just a short walk/golf cart ride away. If I had to make any slightly negative comment, it would be to provide more wash cloths and towels. But that was a very small detail and we just washed and reused what we had, no big deal. The owner was responsive to all our questions and accommodated a last-minute booking for us. We would definitely book this property with this owner again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Pines at Canoe Lake! The location was perfect, offering a picturesque waterfront setting that made our getaway truly special. Sunset fishing (and daytime swimming) off the dock was a highlight, and we were thrilled to spot bald eagles and osprey during our stay. My daughter especially loved visiting the farm rabbits and chickens multiple times a day! We found the RV itself to be quite charming, very clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts, Jenni and Jim, were incredibly gracious and made us feel right at home! We enjoyed the peaceful, scenic rural setting so much, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 5! For those wishing to venture off the property, the area boasts plenty to see and do for the young and young at heart–ours a trip to the Newtowne Neck State Park and guided fossil hunt at Calvert Cliffs. Thank you Jenni and Jim, we made so many fond memories we can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication from owner. House was clean. Proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Great views and we really enjoyed shark tooth hunting. As stated in the listing, trash had to be taken to a nearby facility. Very easy (and free) process. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5
