Our stay at the Lux Contemporary mountain home hosted by Blair exceeded our expectations. The location and home was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. Blair's was a wonderful host. There were detailed instructions about the house and he was easy to contact. I would highly recommend this house for your next ski trip. The location is beautiful and close to the mountain.

We had a great time in Eden! We were there for a family reunion and we all settled right at home. We would recommend this for large family groups or friends.

Beautiful home and great host. The house was better than the photos and we felt right at home with all the extra little touches that most homes are lacking. Will definitely be back.

The location & size of this home was great for a large family gathering for Thanksgiving. I have to pay it forward to the managers as they tried everything to make our stay positive. We did have a few glitches: the oven did not heat up to temp in a decent amount of time & its spring loaded doors did not close tight (the manager came within 45 mins & stayed 45+ more until it reached 350 & apologized for its slow function which delayed our Thxgiving by 2 hrs; I used a heavy chair against the oven doors to shut it); one of the downstairs heating ducts for 1 room was not sending any warm air & it was fully open (the manager brought us a space heater & offered to send out an HVAC tech which we declined); the fireplace also refused to remain lit (the manager came & did try to resolve this to no avail). The driveway is a bit narrow with limited parking in the drive & culdesac. The garage has 2 more spaces. We would stay here again in a heartbeat; the view, space, & rooms were perfect for us!

This place was amazing. I stayed for birthday. My friends and I did site-seeing and just chilled on the porch. It’s much more beautiful and spacious in person. The hot tub was huge! Outside of the beautiful views, the awesome showers and hot tub, my favorite thing about this stay was how chill the host is. I’ve had too many stays in my life where the hosts are constantly checking in and anxious about how we’re treating the place, but Charles has a mutual trust with the people staying here. I was nervous at first about the price of this place, but after seeing it in person, I understood. It was totally worth it. The host was kind enough to leave a little gift card for the coffee shop nearby. The coffee was great. Do yourself a favor and look at the stars when you’re in the hot-tub at this stay. It’s incredible.

Beautiful house with amazing beds. This place has plenty of room, I can't wait to return with the family for ski season. Wendy was a wonderful host.

The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views of the reservoir and the mountains. The house was very neat and clean, and it was easy to find everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for two families to stay together, since there are two master bedrooms. We also loved that there were two living rooms, so that the kids had a spot to hang downstairs. We enjoyed playing games all together at the big table and sitting out on the porch just enjoying the view. We would absolutely stay here again!

Christine our host, was a wonderful help as we booked VERY last minute. She was super friendly and efficient. Also, sent someone immediately to make sure the hot tub was clean and ready. The private patio with hot tub, was so nice especially with our pup - who could just go in and out the slider door. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and upscale. Really appreciated the comfy beds and 100% cotton linens!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. The location is great and had great amenities available. His communication with us was quick and detailed. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Wonderful place to stay!! Absolutely a beautiful home base in beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay very much. Ping pong in a community game center added to our family fun as well. Hope to return in 2025!
