Spacious, one-level atrium-shaped single-family home (278 sqft). The home encircles an undisturbed and large south-facing garden. The plot sits on a hillside on the edge of a construction field and thrones out over the forest. The garden has large terraces, gas barbecue, ping pong table, trampoline, plants and berry bushes. We offer fully furnished, great three-bedroom rudder arches (6-8 beds, 2 bathrooms), beautifully located in the heart of Ellingsøyfjorden. From here you have a short way to the best Sunnmøre has to offer. Both rudder arches have everything you need from equipment in the kitchen and bathroom, and included in the price are linens, towels, washing machine, and dryer. A motorboat is also included in the price (extra gasoline), and one of the best fishing spots in the entire fjord is just off the porch.

Large open studio by fjords and mountains

The house is an art studio where the host paints paintings and makes pottery in addition to renting it out. There is an open large room of 90m2 with lots of light and window. It is very green and nice around the house in spring and summer and early autumn. It is 5 min walk from the speedboat and ferry berth leading to Ålesund and Vigra airport. Here is a short way to Sunnmørsalpane,Ålesund, Runde,Geiranger.
