Vacation rentals with beach access in Morcote

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

We really loved our stay at Elena’s Apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and Elena was always available. We immediately felt at home and would definitely recommend the apartment! Thanks for everything 😊

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Lezzeno. The location was ideal—situated right on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless, clearly recently remodeled with high-quality materials, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the incredible views. Our host, Emi, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She also surprised us with an amazing gift basket, which made us feel even more welcome! The apartment is conveniently located close to the bus stop and and ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Lake Como. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Onno. The Apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. And you have a great view over the lake. Nothing to complain about. Eros and Daniels place exceded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains—pictures simply don’t do it justice! The property itself is beautifully designed, modern but cozy! Eros and Daniel were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around the lake that truly made our trip unforgettable. Our accommodations were spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities you’d need. It was truly a dream come true. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Lake Como, this is the place! Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

Lucy is an extraordinary person. Very kind and generous. The apartment was super clean and very pretty. I recommend it 1000%. Thanks again for our very pleasant stay ☺️

We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

The house was located with a beautiful view of Lake Como from the balcony. The house was really clean and smelled nice, our host was also really helpful and responsive with my questions about the house and local recommendations. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful location with easy access to everything. Only 5-10 minute walk from train. Loved it here and would stay again for longer when possible. Daniele was very helpful and accommodating.

I absolutely LOVED this place. The photos were not lying about the sunsets. It was beautiful to say the least. I came in the off season. Provides slippers, has a washer, excellent view, great privacy, great locality to food and activities. 100% I would come again

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Top location really a nice view over the lake. Apartment was fine with a good bed! Too bad the kitchen wasn't really equipped with basic things like pepper or olive oil.

We absolutely loved our 6 days in Bellano & Gian's apartment. The apartment is modern & spacious with a lovely view of the lake. Bellano is far enough up the lake to be off the main tourist track, so lovely & quiet & not packed with tourists, but it is still on the ferry & train lines, you can easily get to see all that Lake Como has to offer. Gianpaolo is wonderful - he met us at the train station when we arrived & helped us with our bags and did the same when we left, even giving us some lovely pastries to have on the train! We cannot recommend Gian's place & Bellano more highly & will certainly be telling all our friends about it when we get home!

Our stay at Ivana's went very well. Our hostess was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant, nicely decorated, very well equipped, quiet and good location in Arona. Many small touches were waiting for us and finished completing this lovely stay, alas too short! We will be happy to come back!

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay and allowing us into your beautiful home. Will definitely be back Arrivederci 🥰

Great location and view. The apartment is big and well equipped.

The apartment is nice and perfect for a couple of days in Menaggio, equipped with everything needed, just 100m to the lake and 5 minutes to the center. Great location, the only negative is that it is a bit noisy and especially on Friday night there were a lot of motorcycles running just in front of the bedroom which caused a lot of noice. Carlo is great host and even suggested us to stay one additional night for free in the apartment as our outbound flight was canceled and we checked in on the other day.

This is a charming apartment full of character. We enjoyed the space and how it was furnished, we were able to use spaces both inside and outside. Kitchen is also fully equipped so we were able to cook some meals for ourselves. The host met us upon arrival and kindly walked us through the apartment and its details.
