The place was perfect for us (6 people). Very spacious, two toilets, nice kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and had good tips for us.

In this apartment, we immediately felt like in a home and not like a holiday apartment, because everything is so lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The view is breathtaking, we have been able to observe many different animals and there is nothing missing in the apartment itself. In addition, this is the first apartment where the knives are not blunt. 😄 Everything is perfectly well maintained, clean and tidy. Friedhelm personally gave us a lot of tips for the area and there was also a very well prepared info folder. You can tell in every corner of the apartment, the garden and also in Friedhelm's behavior that he loves to be a host. We couldn't have had a better stay. Thank you!

I personally can't complain in the slightest. I was able to live well for my 3-week stay at the property. It was clean and well furnished. You quickly found your way around, especially since the hostess was easily accessible and quickly gave you information. I also liked the fact that parking a car did not cause any problems and that a washing machine was also available. So all in all, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

Super nice hosts and very nice apartment. If you are looking for a quiet but central accommodation in Neuwied, this is the place to be.

A spacious elegant apartment with stunning views ,everything was perfect for our family reunion .Wonderful kitchen to cook in gazing out the window at the vineyards…

The property is on a dead end alley in the neighborhood of Moselle and on the track (not bothered by). From the kitchen you overlook the courtyard, but you can't sit outside yourself. Apartment inside is fine. Clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. We spent one night there in March while passing through. Koblenz itself is a wonderful city to visit once.

I've known Cosy for a long time and I'm very satisfied every time. Even though it was already very modern before, it was recently renovated again and you can see that on every corner. I was particularly impressed by the practical dishwasher, which made the stay even more comfortable. In the kitchen, everything can be prepared easily without having to worry about the dishes. Another highlight is the new white doors, which give the apartment a fresher tone and provide a bright, more inviting atmosphere. The entire apartment looks very well maintained, tidy and cozy – I felt very comfortable here again and would be happy to come back! The covered balcony is also great. Even in winter you can sit here protected and enjoy a few rays of sunshine. A perfect, cozy place to stay for any season!☺️

We felt warmly welcomed by Bernd and his wife from the first moment and felt very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need. Various shopping facilities are a few minutes' drive away and the beautiful town of Meisenheim in the immediate vicinity invites you to stroll through the enchanting old town. All in all, a thoroughly nice and pleasant stay in Bernd's apartment where you almost felt like part of the "family" after a very short time. We would definitely book this place again. It was a very lovely stay. We went for the Christmas market, your in the middle of one. So you look outside your window to see all the lights from the market. It was very spacious and it had everything you need.

Beautiful short trip to nature. Udo cared for us and his alpacas. Consciously no cuddling and hiking with the animals. Just the thing for us! Breakfast was excellent. The sauna and hot tub was a relaxing relief after a nice hike right from the front door. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment to spend a weekend with friends and explore Koblenz. Perfect location right at the train station (when the windows are closed, you don't hear anything), supermarkets are right around the corner and you are quickly in the city center or on the Rhine.

We felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. We arrived by car and were therefore able to do a lot in the area. We arrived later than the specified check-in time, but that was no problem at all. The apartment was ideal for the four of us adults, nicely decorated and also very clean. We made good use of the lounge with darts, billiards, table soccer and table tennis. The hot tub and fitness equipment in the apartment were also used! We were also able to use a washing machine upon request. The nearest shopping (Lidl) was about 12 minutes by car. Our excursion destinations included Eltz Castle, Geierlay Bridge, Moselle Loop in Bremm with Vulkaneifeltherme (about 40 minutes away) and Lake Laach. The hosts Susanne and Andreas were very friendly and helpful and always easy to reach during the stay. Thank you for everything! :-)

The all-round package is just right. Very nice hosts who also inquire about the well-being of their guests during the stay. If you're looking for something quiet to relax, you've found the right place.

The location is located next to Mosel and the balcony is right across the river.Nice view, very quiet for a walk along the river.There are two supermarkets nearby, it is convenient.The host was quick to respond to messages and the check-in went smoothly.

The place is very nice, clean and you felt right at home. Blerand was very friendly and responded super quickly to requests. The highlight of the place was of course the large hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend!
