Accommodation very nice, cozy, clean, in a great location near the center, big plus garage for parking. I highly recommend, we were above level of satisfaction.

A great place to stay in an old industrial-style house. Great location near the center (at the end of Stodolní) yet quiet and quiet place. Submissive surrender almost everywhere. To Dolní Vítkovice 30min walk, to Karolín about 15min. A few minutes to the barn. The river on the waterfront is also 20min. By the river, it is more intriguing than and more interesting than in Stodolní. It is a studio, one large room and a small bathroom with a toilet. There is also a simple kitchen - a bar where you can make coffee, tea, and possibly cook. There is only a spreading couch, but it was comfortable and I can imagine spending more time than 2 nights on it The place is very spacious, quiet (there are no neighbors) and equipped so that you can play music or film with pleasure and do not disturb anyone. I highly recommend this place for the spaciousness, location, and very welcoming hosts. Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable.

Gorgeous apartment

Stayed for a night. It was a good experience.

I’ve been travelling for quite a while and for a long time I did not stayed in such a cosy, family like, home feeling, kind of place. The space is beautiful (architecturally and emotionally), easy to find and park, design is clean and all amenities and furniture follows exactly the same patterns. Breakfast has not a lot of choices (enough for me) but all they have is extremely good… bread amazing. Fully recommend the space.

I was here for a baseball event and just needed a place to stay near the stadium and the hotel delivered just that. It was a single room, with some good space. The room was attached to a type of hallway which had another room attached and a bathroom for those 2 rooms. Since the other room was unoccupied, the bathroom wasn’t shared but rather private. Bed was good, surroundings were quiet. Nothing really to complain
