Beachfront vacation rentals in Morant Bay

This is our second time at Carleva Bay. We love the privacy of the location, the ability to walk the quiet beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We felt right at home the moment we stepped back on to the property. Mangoes were just starting to ripen and wow it was so amazing to be able to pick them fresh from the tree. Miss J is the cherry on top! She’s so attentive, friendly and a really good cook! We can’t wait to go back to Carleva Bay!

Absolutely Fantastic Kingston Escape! My recent stay at this apartment in Kingston was really amazing. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt comfortable in the space. The furnishings were stylish yet inviting, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere after. Not to mention the view! Waking up to the cityscape of Kingston, with glimpses of the surrounding hills, was a treat it is even more special as the city lights twinkled at night. For those looking to experience Kingston's vibrant energy, the access to the nightlife was a major plus. The Victoria Pier, across the street,has various restaurants, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local scene without any hassle.A particular highlight was our dinner at Gloria's restaurant. The fresh seafood and authentic Jamaican flavors were absolutely divine – a must-try for anyone visiting Kingston! The sparkling clean pool was a welcome oasis. The lovely view of the sea and the breeze made it the perfect way to cool down.

Thee most beautiful spot to be in Portland we could not have asked for a better place to stay , everyone was friendly n sweet we miss them already. Not to mention the view it is to die for 10/10 recommended. We will reserved no where else but here when we are bck in Portland 🥰🥰

This place was not only an experience but the people and the views made it that much more amazing. You could feel the calmness and great energy all throughout the place. I loved it and can't wait to go back!!!

Marlon’s place is amazing! Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! My mom and I had a magical time at this colorful cliff-side paradise. The views are truly Divine. We witnessed unmatched sunrises daily, and mom even sang Karaoke for the first time! ☺️ Jamaica Colors staff…TOP NOTCH! Eldon, Amor, Kaylia, Arlene, Tiara, Latoya, Dana, & Uncle Sebert went above and beyond daily to make us feel like family. Just ask, they are ready and willing to provide all you need for a memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh coffee every morning, and breakfast was always a treat. The tea selection was a bonus on the breezy nights. 🤗 The top deck in the treehouse was hands down my favorite place, beside the sunrise observation bench. We had the front cabin, so we could hear the sea lull us to sleep with the windows open! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Overall, we give Marlon’s place and Marlon a 10/5. Definitely coming back!

Highly Recommend!!!!! Vary nice place to stay, relaxing and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main street and the waterfront. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated so we felt right at home. I also appreciate the added security with keyless entry into the apartment after the front desk check in. The full length pool was relaxing and peaceful with a nice view of the waterfront and the location was super convenient just about a 30min straight drive to the airport which was a big plus. In walking distance we found some popular fast food places and directly across the street was the famous Devon House ice cream plus there's some small vendors along the waterfront - which really add to the vibe!! Big thanks to the host Joy, she was vary helpful and even had someone locally in place to assist if we had any other concerns. Overall I'd say this airbnb lived up to its name --Chic & Cozy. I'll definitely be back for a stay whenever I'm in Kingston. The place is Irie mon.

I have already informed my friends and family that this is a must-visit destination. If you enjoy peace, tranquility, and a natural ambiance, this location is perfect for you—whether you're traveling with friends, family, or your spouse.

Donna and Chris are amazing hosts. I was only planning to stay here for one night but ended up staying longer. I’m not sure when I will leave. Donna treats you like family. The private beach is amazing to enjoy. Very peaceful place. ❤️❤️

The place is as described. Well Equipped with everything you would need including towels. The appliances and amenities were more than sufficient. While not a fault of the actual house the beach isn’t really bathable but beaches are a drive away. Also not many food options around so you would need to drive to get food. The view of the beach on a sunny day from the porch is beautiful and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again. No water issues. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but worked well most of the time. The Netflix was a great add on. Tenique responds well

We enjoyed our stay at the Seawave Cabins. Claudine is always there if you need anything and would try to help out wherever she can. We felt very welcome and had a great time. There is a small rooftop bar where you could get some drinks. The hut itself is cute, cozy, rustic and nested on the hillside. Small walk (less than 2 minutes) down to the beautiful white sand beach. There are a couple of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The locals are super nice and helpful as well. From the accommodation you can reach multiple attractions in the area like Reach Falls, make sure to get a local guide to walk through the river and swim in the beautiful pools! Ask for Nazz! We would recommend Claudines stay for everybody who is not shy and a bit adventurous. We had a great time and would definitely come back! Thanks Claudine & David!
