Vacation rentals with a patio in Moonee Valley City

My Second time back at Mel's, and as was the first time round PERFECT!!!!!! Just easy everything, from corrospondence with Mel, and which I love is LOCATION!!!! Would 100% recommend Mel's place, and I would definitley be booking in when Im over on holiday next. Love your place, Thanks again, Ella

The bed is super comfy. Well equipped kitchenette. Great location. 3 mins walk to the tram station and bus terminal. 3 supermarket is nearby The host is super responsive. Thumbs up for this great apartment and super host.

Really good place, nice and tidy. Everything described as is. Easy to get to wherever you need as the train and tram stops are quite close. Good and quick communication in regard to giving any updates or if we had any questions. Had no issues.

The apartment is everything one could wish for, modern, extremely well equipped, close to train station, quiet, comfortable bed, smart TVs and lots of consumables - food, drink and household. It's easily the best AirBnB that we've stayed at. There was literally nothing missing from the accommodation, both in terms of a stocked pantry cupboard and fridge to kitchen and household equipment, all of which was of top quality. Being on the ground floor, there's a great furnished outdoor area, south-east facing, a lovely secluded spot, sheltered from wind and sun I almost don't want to praise it too much in case we can't get a booking next time we are in Essendon! 10 out of 10

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

We had a lovely stay and very much enjoyed the pet friendly vibe. Melanie was super lovely throughout the booking and answered any questions we had immediately. A lovely welcome when we arrived and the private courtyard area for our puppy was perfect. The home was clean and very tidy, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

Marilyn’s home was everything I’d hoped for and more. The home is a period home and in absolutely perfect condition. The decor makes the home a true home. Lamps in every room and separate lounge areas where you always had space to be in your own world, should you wish. There are many books to read and games to play. Loved the gifts found on arrival, they were much appreciated. Walking distance to Puckle Street with many restaurants, cafes and specialty stores. Verandas around the home, with seating, made for a lovely morning cup of coffee or tea. I highly recommend Marilyn’s home and would stay again if in the area. Thank you Marilyn

We had a wonderful stay at Jade’s home. The home was beautifully neat and tidy, with a fresh and welcoming ambiance that set the tone right from the start. We especially loved the in-house slipper rules—a delightful touch that really kept the house clean. They even provided slippers, which was both thoughtful and practical for our group. Jade’s easy-going and well-organized atmosphere made it perfectly suited to our needs, creating a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We’d highly recommend and definitely will stay here again next time!

Trang was extremely helpful and responsive. She allowed an early check in and late checkout which was so helpful to me and my family. The house was well maintained and all amenities as described. I would recommend staying here and will return.

Kate's place is a gold standard of AirBnB, everything you need and very thoughtful and considered from the house manual, instructions and what you need for a cosy, homely stay. All items needed are provided: towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies, washing, drying, heating and cooling in every room as well. So pleasant and comfortable, highly recommend!

This townhouse was lovely and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kitchen and laundry was perfect for what we needed! The location was in a quiet, easy to find street with on street parking that was easy to access. Sarah was very responsive and easy to talk to, providing clear instructions on how to access the property etc. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Lisa's place was perfect for a couple looking for a stay with single tram access to city and all that Collingwood and Fitzroy have to offer. The apartment is small but perfectly appointed for a romantic weekend escape for two. The added books, bluetooth speaker and knick knacks really made the space special. The balcony was perfect in early April. There were utensils to cook for two - but why would you, with all the wonderful restaurants and bars of Collingwood & Fitzroy within easy walking distance. A great way to experience Melbourne like a local.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean apartment with an awesome night view. The bed linens are nice and comfy—I sometimes get itchy when staying at other Airbnbs, but I had no such issues here. Highly recommend!
