Last minute decision to spend a few days at the Sunrise Beach house. Great house very spacious and easily housed three of us and our two pups. Louise an excellent host and super responsive but once we had arrived we had no need to contact Louise as everything was just as promised. Easily walkable to the beach and coffee shop and the IGA and excellent butcher only a 5 minute drive away. The weather was changeable but it didn’t matter as plenty to do including a great tv area. Highly recommend.

My family and in-laws stayed at Anne’s for the week and it was just a perfect getaway next to the beach private pool. Walk or bike ride to restaurants or ice cream. Pet friendly. Super clean. Anne made us really feel welcomed with some treats and a beautiful welcome card. She checked we had checked in ok just a great host ❤️. Quiet street. Great location great talented host I would definitely love to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well set out and tasteful. We felt at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and there was a beautiful gift basket greeting us on our arrival. We would love to stay here again.

This was our second time staying in Cathy’s wonderful home. It’s perfect for a family - 1 min walk to the beach, quiet but still walkable to Peregian restaurants and shops. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Cathy.

Beautiful home! We have a big family and everyone felt like they had their own space! Insane chefs kitchen and we loved every minute of our time preparing family meals here! Amazing facilities both at the home and surrounds. Pool was a great hit with the kids. Dog friendly which for us is a major factor as our dog is part of our family. Easy rules to follow and accomodate. Super responsive owner and manager and nothing was too much trouble! Best coffee place just a short stroll away! We will be back. Had a lovely time! Kids have told us we need to move! Thanks Charity and Emma!

David is a wonderful host who is sharing the joy of his family’s original holiday beach house. What a gift to be able to stay in a lovely, comfortable, original beach house. The decor matches the vintage and is just right. The view is wonderful. We felt right at home. It was interesting reading the history of the house. Next time we hope to get a chance to view the slides as well. David describes the house very accurately in the listing.

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

The beds were comfortable and the pool was exactly what we needed when we didn't feel like going to the beach. Jo was outstanding as a host and very responsive. Hoping to stay again soon! We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Freya’s beautiful beach home. We had two families with young children and the house was really set out to accommodate both families upstairs and downstairs. There was heaps for the kids to do and the kids toys plus the pool made for lots of fun for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms and living areas clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Michele was a lovely host, very easy to get a hold of and very accomodating. Michele’s house is stunning, has everything you need, not too far from beach, shops or restaurants. We had an amazing time staying here.

Our two families + pet had an excellent time staying at Guiseppe's place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly accommodation close to the beach with a great pool for lounging and cooling off. The stay was also well stocked with useful day to day amenities. Guiseppe went out of his way to make sure our stay over Christmas was special.

We had a good stay here. This is clearly set up as a holiday house so didn't have any of the charm of staying in someone's actual house, but in saying that it still had everything we needed. We only stayed for 2 days but had plenty of room for 3 families to come together for a family gathering. A short drive to all the amenities.

Yerranya is an lovely place to stay! The home is spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the coastal vibe. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail is taken care of. The pool is a standout feature, offering a serene spot to unwind. Overall, it’s a perfect retreat, and I can’t recommend it enough

A wonderful welcome by Julie on our arrival. She showed us the ins and outs of our new stay and offered to be available should we have questions. Both dwellings were meticulously clean and we even wondered if we were her first guests. Little welcome gifts, beautiful bathroom toiletries added to our enjoyment. To have our own magnesium pool available 24/7 was magic. The layout of the 2 separate and fully self contained buildings gave us the space that all families need. We couldn’t fault it and hope to return soon.

Nice house on a great location. Less than 10 minutes walking to the beach. It was good we would take your dog with us. The house is fully fenced. The outdoor shower and tub are spectacular after a day on the beach!

We enjoyed two weeks at Natalie’s beautiful house and we loved it! Fantastic location in a quiet beachside community that is only a short drive to all the best spots on the Sunshine Coast. Easy to go to Noosa, Coolum, Mooloolaba or Eumundi or just laze about the house and pool. Mudjimba beach is lovely and easy walk (when it’s not too hot) and there are several cafes, takeaway and gelato nearby. Thoughtful touches including fresh coffee beans, well stocked pantry and bathroom products make for a special stay. And so many comfy reading nooks to escape the teenagers!

Isabel’s place is incredible. We instantly felt at home, as if we’d walked into a dream home in fact. The place is spacious and airy, large but comfortable and beautifully presented. The location is perfect and Isabel has everything you need for a great stay near the beach, though the house is actually so nice it was tempting to not even leave! Isabel was also wonderful in her responsiveness and timely communication. I would highly recommend her house and our family hopes to return again for another holiday together.

The property was spotlessly clean and thoughtful touches made it feel just like home. in great walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. very quiet and peaceful.

Loved it. Great view. Just steps down to the beach. Away from the crowds in Noosa. Fast internet. AC works well. Close enough to grocery stores. Fast and very responsive. Very friendly host. Would definitely stay again

Dunes was the perfect getaway for our small group of friends, beautiful fit out throughout the house and extremely close to the beach and local cafe scene!

Beautiful location we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and lovely space in an incredibly quiet neighbourhood. The furnishings in the house and the style also makes people feel relaxed, comfortable and warm. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
