We had a great stay! The cottage was so cozy, especially the living room with the big comfy couch and fireplace. It was perfect for a fall getaway. The location can’t be beat - we loved being able to walk only a few minutes into town for dining, shopping and the beach, but still had privacy at the Airbnb in a quiet and tucked-away location.

This was our third year staying here. When I said that I wanted to return every year, I meant it! Katherine’s home is perfect for the three of us coming from various parts of the country and enjoying a once a year reunion. It is spotless and so comfortable with views of the ocean and lovely scenic walks right outside the door. Mother’s Beach is right around the curve in the road. We love it here! Until next year, thank you Katherine!

I used to live in Maine so returning for NYE and my daughter’s birthday and experiencing this after the fast pace living in Miami was an amazing experience, just what I needed!

Would absolutely recommend this quaint little home! The place was clean and as described, and Lisa was very responsive and helpful. This is located right in the middle of town, a few minutes walk to Perkin’s Cove and equally as close to the beach.

Laura and Jean’s cottage is a gem — cozy, relaxing, sparkling and upbeat with a sea-glass vibe that would be perfect in beach weather but is also lovely with snow falling outside, as it was this past weekend! The beds are super comfortable; the glass tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful; the chairs and sofa so inviting and the whole design perfect for spending time with family or friends. Thoughtful practical and artistic and details throughout the cottage demonstrate how lovingly the hosts have created and maintain this special place. I also give the highest marks to the hosts themselves. We had a couple of minor off-season issues that they responded to remarkably promptly, and so graciously. Another plus: the location. It’s a few minutes from the excellent Bandaloop restaurant, and an easy, pretty drive to Kennebunkport and the beach.
