It was a very pleasant stay !! Nikhil provided all required information before checking in which helped a lot. Snacks and soft drinks provided was a plus. We really liked stay here. One suggestion could be to provide more crockeries/steel utensils which will help while cooking.

If you are visiting with 6 - 10 people would highly recommend to book this stay. Other than just 10 mins far away for city centre everything was just excellent. Host was super responsive and friendly. Very well kept place. Care takers will help you in getting anything from the shops. Calm surroundings.

Pravin is a great host. Very responsive and extremely helpful. The property is about 600 meters from Kaup beach. House is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Property is very well maintained. You can order food from the lady who lives next to the house. If you do not have a car, you can book auto from Kaup beach to come back to the property. Definitely recommend this place.

Mr. Sharfulla’s stay was truly home-like. The surroundings were very peaceful, and I absolutely loved the beautifully decorated house. All the essential amenities were provided. It’s conveniently close to Delta Beach, which is calm and less crowded compared to Malpe. The local recommendations were very useful. I would definitely love to visit again.

The place exceeded our expectations. we stayed for 2 days with a 2 year old kid. The house was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. It is about 1 km from the Udupi bus stand and about 2 km from the Udupi Matha. One challenge you may face is to find Auto quickly. the nearest auto stand is about 400 metres from the place. there is a tiffin center by name Pai tiffins which offers decent food at about 1 km from the house. the nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. it is slightly far from the Malpe beach ( about 5 km).
