Superb Large and New 4bds Flat - Heart of Paris 10

So this was my first time traveling with another family, so totaling 4 adults two 8 year olds, a 4 and 2 year old. This apartment gave us all enough privacy and work space as two of us had to work from Paris. We cooked breakfast every morning while literally walking to the corner to get fresh baked bread. Eating a robust breakfast is key when traveling with kids, the kitchen allows for all of us to sit and eat together! We never had to wait for a bathroom or shower! We made sure there was laundry so we could pack light, the washer and dryer are easy to use. Transportation was a simple walk to the subway / metro. Everything was awesome! My wife and I had a earlier arrival time, Michael allow us not only to leave our bags in the apt but also check in way earlier! Thank you for that, because my kids didn’t sleep in the plane:/ I would highly recommend this apt!

Audrey is an exceptional, warm and responsive host. The bedding was spotless, including the sofa bed, ensuring good comfort. The apartment, bright and clean, has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We stayed there for a week in the middle of winter, and the heating was perfect, making our stay very pleasant. Ideally located, close to public transport (metro Porte de Vincennes). We recommend it without a second thought! Thanks again

I can't recommend this place ENOUGH! Jack is an exceptional host, he was always responsive, flexible and ready to help. The place is great, tidy and in a great neighborhood. The instructions are straight forward and access to the apartment is quite easy! Many thanks to you Jack for a great stay!

I had a great week in this small but clean and cozy apartment. It is located in the backyard and hence extremely quiet, despite the bursting outside. Perfectly located, walkable everywhere, minutes from the beautiful canal. Ulisse is very responsive and helping host. Very recommend this place!

We had good contact with Caroline and she offered to bring our suitcases into the accommodation while she was still in the process of preparing them. At the place we found everything we needed, which was really well equipped. The sofa in the living room was more for a child than 2 adults, but it was perfect for us. There was everything you need such as hairdryer, toaster, TV, etc. The first night it was very noisy in the house, the house is clairaudient. I recommend earplugs. But the surroundings are great, there are lots of restaurants, bakers and bus and metro are close by. We would definitely return because for us the apartment was perfect.

We have stayed at hotels and other apartments in Paris, however our Rue Des Martyrs home for 19 days exceeds all others. The street is like no other in Paris totally lined with shops featuring fresh fruits, cheese, meat, seafood, restaurants and delicious prepared food; plus it has a storied past. The entrance to the inner apartments of the building passes through a lobby to the courtyard then to a back annex building. Unique and very safe! We are in our mid 70’s and learned to be very careful navigating the narrow staircase to access the small elevator to the apartment. Step inside and see its signs of age with characteristic creaky floors and antique furniture and be awed by the space and light. It features a modern, obviously professionally designed kitchen, top of the line appliances including not only a washer but dryer as well! The beds comfortable, the showers ample with modern fixtures. The photos on the site accurately display the rooms and host communication with great.

This apartment was just perfect for me and my teenagers. We each had our own bedrooms, which is a luxury in Paris. Having two full bathrooms was also a bonus and really helped us get out the door faster in the morning. Joel was very responsive and answered my messages and questions quickly. It was a great experience to stay here and I recommend it.

We loved every minute at Pascal’s apartment!! The view of Invalides from the living room was wonderful! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was just as wonderful! You can’t beat a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 minute walk to the Metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Amazing and responsive hosts. We can’t wait to return.

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

What more can I say apart from incredible! Impeccable cleanliness, a really nice clean smell, even on the sheets!! Regarding hot water after filling the jacuzzi, no problem having hot water in the shower afterwards! A truly relaxing and immersive world (the shower is very beautiful!!) The apartment is located 10 min. from Disney by car, it's really a big +! Thanks again, it was great.
