Our family loved our stay at Martin’s home. The location is perfect for walking and exploring and being on top of a local favorite bagel shop was fun and convenient for delicious breakfasts. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the space was quiet despite being in a busy area. 10/10.

Jason's place exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, incredibly clean, and well taken care of. The location is perfect—right next to everything you could need, from shops to restaurants and attractions. I had a great stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Very well-located apartment with everything our young family needed for a comfortable stay. The playground next door was a nice bonus. Not a ton of toys for kids (and no books) but there was enough to keep our kids occupied. Theo was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with parking. Overall a great stay!

Had a great stay, everything was how it was said to be and the location was vibrant. The host was very responsive through out are stay and insured any questions I had were answered accurately and efficiently.

The place is amazing and super neat. It's near the heart of Mont-Royal, which makes it close to everything. It came with everything needed for the stay. It is super clean, well maintained, giving also a spacious feeling with the main room and the perfectly sized bedrooms. Just be ready to find a suitable parking space if you plan to bring cars. Other than that, everything was perfect up and the host is spontaneous with helping you for anything you might need. 10 out of 10 :D

Big, beautiful, comfy place for the four of us. Restaurants, cafes, parks and the metro very close. Amelle provided perfect instructions for making my way from the airport. When my daughter arrived the next day in her car, parking was surprisingly easy. I absolutely loved Mont Royal neighborhood. Cafe Neve just downstairs was a delight! This apartment is going on my favorites list!

Brooke's charming apartment, we were blown away by her incredible hospitality and attention to detail. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality cookware and pantry essentials, while the bathroom featured luxury toiletries, plush towels, and even backup supplies for forgotten items. A thoughtful welcome included coffee and breakfast items set the perfect tone for our stay. The sleeping arrangements were great. Brooke communicated with us pre-trip to accommodate our party’s needs. The free on-street parking was a great asset and the location is wonderful to tour Montreal attractions, museums, and restaurants, while having a friendly neighborhood feel. We had all the comforts of home at our fingertips. This is a historical building accompanies Montreal’s rich history. Brooke's genuine care for her guests' comfort. place has beautiful ambient lighting for evening relaxion. If you're considering booking don't hesitate: a host this good is rare!

Nice, cozy, comfortable, clean, one bedroom apartment with a terrace. Lovely neighborhood, quiet block, near restaurants , cafes and stores. Very pleasant stay.

A pleasant stay and a convenient place to stay. For guests, it should be noted that during our stay, the internet was extremely slow, which made the online work we had to do difficult. The owner tried to fix it but they are with Fizz internet and their customer service is very bad according to the owner. Finally, for those who want to sleep late, as mentioned in another review, the light from the kitchen window lights up the room directly so you wake up with the sun. This won't stop me from coming back, but I'll bring an opaque fabric to put in front of the window. The price is very good, I will definitely go back.

We needed a space to stay with our two dogs just for one night near my sister while passing through Montreal. It was the perfect location for us. Despite being on a busy street, we didn't hear the cars as it's on the third floor. It was very quiet. I do agree regarding some comments about the couch... it has lived it's useful life. :-) This quaint apartment has everything you need. Feels homey.

We had the pleasure of renting your Airbnb for a Mother/Daughter weekend trip to Montreal, and your property didn't disappoint! Located in the Latin Quarter mtlFLATS was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Well appointed with 3 bedrooms (2 beds/1 bed/1 bed) with 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite/1 shared bathroom with the master) and fully a equipped kitchen, had us looking for nothing during our stay! There is also lots of closet space and a washer and dryer. The unit was clean and well appointed! The cleaning fee was great - as we just walked away and didn't feel pressure to clean before our long 6hr. drive home. We enjoyed our evenings visiting local restaurants such as Brasseurs de Monde, (best brisket poutine and you must try a pitcher of the vodka sangria, AMAZING). We also went to Belluccia located within the Doubletree, FANTASTIC pizza and vibes. Can't to come back to your Airbnb! Thank you for your trust taking care of your property.

The place was great! Staying right in the middle of Outremont is the best way to see Montreal. Close to restaurants, shops, and the mountain. Gabrielle's place was perfect: spacious, well equipped, and a great place to base from. Hosts were responsive and flexible and had great restaurant recommendations.

Perfect place for my wife and I as we stopped in Montreal for a few days. The underground garage parking spot was ideal, but the location allowed us to walk everywhere without even having to drive. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the perfect way to end long days of exploring. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Montreal area! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

If you have the pleasure of visiting Montreal, do not hesitate to stay at Nicolas’s place. Starting with the view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral from the floor to ceiling windows, you will fall in love. Perfectly centrally located to all areas of Montreal will want to visit from Old Port to the Museum of Fine Arts, we walked everywhere. Metros are close by if you want to explore a little farther out and are very clean and safe. As far as the apartment goes, it has everything you’ll need and if you need something, Nicolas will be sure to bring it to you right away! Loved this stay in every way…book it now!

We had a great stay at Daniela’s! Only thing is the dishwasher soap was low and we had to water it down. Just a recommendation to check if all supplies are well stocked. Thank you again!

This was one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at- so clean, quiet, and extremely well stocked! Patrice and Martine we very responsive and all instructions were very clear. The house manual made making coffee, etc. a breeze. There was a blizzard forecasted for what was supposed to be our last day, and Martine helped us to arrange a last minute plan to stay another day. So helpful, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to get snowed in! The bath tub was a highlight! I would highly recommend this place.

Frederic’s place was beautiful. The clean modern vibe was great and the views were astounding. The terrace alone was worth the rate…there is no better way to end an action packed day than to sit outside, marvel at the city and sip a drink. We will plan to stay at Frederic’s whenever we make it to Montreal.
