Large and beautifulplacein Camporgiano, a small village of Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for several walks or trekking in the Apuan. Large, well organized accommodation and the garden for breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Well-decorated, well-kept, clean and functional house. The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this dream house! Magnificent views, beautiful decor and good amenities, plenty of space inside and outside, magnificent garden, great pool, friendly (few) neighbors. All round beautiful! Recreation and tranquility for the adults and play facilities by the pool for the children. The village is enchanting. The way to shopping and to Lucca is absolutely doable when you get used to the serpentines. And the path is definitely beautiful! The remoteness makes up the peculiarity & beauty of the place. Lucca is a beautiful city! Vittoria is a very kind host. Everything was easy and the contact was very pleasant at all times. We are thrilled and would like to come back!

Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Amazing location in Lucca. Walked so quickly to the walls. Apartment had all we needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace and lots of fresh air through the windows. Don’t spend much time at the apartment itself which should be typical as there is so much to do and see in the area. Would recommend.

One of the best Airbnb experiences you've ever had. Marek is a great host. The house is even better than what you see in the photo: pleasant, well kept, cozy, and very clean. Also, great location. Close to downtown, but with plenty of parking for the car around. On the next trip to Viareggio, we'll definitely be back! Thanks again Marek for your availability and hospitality!

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely location, very peaceful in December but with lots to do and see. Manarola is the nicest of the 5 villages imho and Irma’s apartment is very well located. It was also a bonus being there on Dec 8 when the Xmas lights get switched on at Manarola.

Very nice and home-like place, far enough from civilization, but also close enough to walk to the village for shopping or coffee, just as we wanted. Even has a fireplace so we could have a fire our son loves. Very friendly people and a very finely dog as well. Definitely recommended.

The stay was beautiful! The villa was amazing, the view, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We felt so lucky to be there. Rooms were new and clean. Every detail has been taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. We'd be stuck without them. Unfortunately, we had more private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. We, me and my friends, this stay was memorable!

We were there with two families/4 days - in October, which is unfortunately more the usual rainy season in Tuscany. Nevertheless, we always had pleasantly mild temperatures, even sunny days, and a great vacation. The house is just wonderful, there is just nothing missing! After the sauna, we were also able to use the pool well, and for us "northern lights" the temperatures were summery and perfect for excursions (so not too hot ). The location is totally idyllic and ideal for excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta but also to smaller mountain villages in the vicinity (Metato, etc.).

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

Absolutely stunning location. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are incredible. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees which are beautiful. You can join the Blue Path at the bottom of the garden and walk to Vernazza and Corniglia. Pietro is really nice, offering lifts to pick us up in his car after a long walk. The only problem we had was the bedroom on the middle level isn't well insulated and was cold for us (it is December) but the other rooms were fine once the electric heaters had time to warm up. It's worth noting that access to the property is by relatively steep steps.

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic house. Easy and fast communication. Elena recommended two restaurants which were all absolutely fantastic.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.
