Great location, away from coastal traffic but still close to tourist resorts. A good base for hiking in the trails of the area. The house is nice, comfortable, functional and outside there is a fenced garden where you can have lunch in the warm season (and definitely appreciated by furry travel companions). Leonardo and Agostino are available, kind and always responsive in their communications. A very pleasant experience!

After a little winding road, we arrived at this quiet place, offering a great panoramic view of the mountain and the sea. The apartment is spacious and clean. I recommend relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed in Piedmont for 1 week and had a great time at Paola's place. The property is very quietly located on the edge of the forest, nicely decorated with a large living/dining area and has a great big garden with a clean pool. We particularly liked the fireplace in the house and the wood-burning oven in the garden where we baked our own pizza. Paola was a very warm and accommodating host who was always available to us with questions and also asked on her own if everything was good or if we needed anything. Bossolasco with its very nicely maintained downtown is a few minutes away by car, there is a small grocer, cafes and restaurants. Paola also had very good recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area for us. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! Thank you!

We had chosen this place, as a step to go to Florence the next day. That was exactly what we needed. There's a way to park near the house, which is reassuring. Filippo's sister, Sara, and her mom welcomed us. They were lovely, grazie mille! We arrived late and Sara even called a pizzeria for us to have pizza delivered. It was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable. The only small point was that it was missing a shower door, but they had replaced it with a shower curtains, which worked very well! Qualified - price, impeccable!

Maurizio and his wife are wonderful hosts. He literally wrote the book on the eponymous wine of the Barolo region and he is a wealth of both local and wine knowledge. In addition to being a local family they have a global perspective exporting their wine around the world and Maurizio speaks English perfectly having lived in the USA with time in SF and Carmel California. Our stay was reminiscent of stays when Airbnb first started. It feels like you are visiting a friend and staying in their home. The Villa is well situated in Barolo and very comfortable with all the required basics and a lot of great details that make it stand out as a cut above. Overall, the hosts are beautiful people, very helpful, and looking to make your stay easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to stay, higher than expected. Each bedroom is beautiful, well furnished and with superlative bathrooms. A perfect location for a lot of people. We celebrated my husband's birthday with friends. Fabrizio is a perfect host, very available on everything, zealous but very discreet. Thank you, we will definitely be back

We stayed in 3 couples of motorcyclists, we had a very good time, a beautiful villa. We had some difficulties on the last stretch of dirt off the property due to the presence of mud and puddles. FABIO was very clear and helpful and his collaborator was very helpful. Extremely positive rating.

We had a wonderful stay with Gabriela and Werner, felt at home! Everything was super furnished, well equipped, very clean and high quality. The location and the view are breathtaking, the complex itself is fantastic. Above all, the wonderful hosts, their hospitality and willingness to make our vacation a real experience are to be highlighted. We had a wonderful stay - 4 adults and 3 children. The villa is beautiful and exactly as described. Was too cold to use the pool and the outside area, but we made full use of the wonderful kitchen and the games / recreation area. Marta was an amazing host, and was particularly helpful with local restaurant recommendations and bookings, as well as a delightful wine tasting recommendation and booking. Highly recommended, and we are already discussing when we can go back.

We had a great weekend. The view, the accommodation and the pool allow you to enjoy the place as a stay in Tuscany!

What a place and what hosts! Immediately we felt at home and welcome in Antonella's authentic Italian house. The barbecue area and of course the pool was most used and we enjoyed it. Outstanding views of the plain and mountains. Antonella was very friendly and welcoming and gave a good review of the house which was well equipped with everything you need. Will get lots of local recommendations and the area was thrilled to explore, we could go on:) Thank you!

I would like to make a statement: my wife and I found ourselves without a regularly booked house around 3 -3:30 pm on 5.10.2024 due to a rude and brown host. As a result of this experience, Airbnb support has offered us to replace some homes including Enrico's house. So we changed the reservation: the host was immediately very kind and responsive. The house is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Enrico welcomed us in person by giving us all the information for the stay (albeit short). My wife and I had a great time! We spent pleasant hours heated by the wood-burning stove, in the quiet of this house. I thank Enrico and his family for hosting us. We'll definitely be back! Andrea and Martina

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

This place was great, it has a lot of character. We were 5 adults and we had lots of room and 2 bathrooms to share. The radiators kept us warm and we could turn them up or down as needed. We did use the washer and the drying rack a few times. We could easily walk to restaurants, gelato, grocery mart, train station and other shopping. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit to Italy.
