Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. I thank the host who was kind and very flexible with our requests. It made it easy for us to plan and made it easy for us to prepare. It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. this is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Anne is so warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable and we thought we had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer really nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, easy to walk to great restaurants and Notre Dame cathedral. I really enjoyed learning about the history of the building and the apartment. We forward to visiting again, hopefully for more than a few days!

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfectly matched our expectations. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

Great value for money. The owner and her husband were very flexible and helpful, trying to help with everything. The apartment itself is just like the pictures, but it's small enough. I would recommend it mainly for couples, but we could fit a group of 2 friends, but the size of the bed isn't too big. The location is suburban, but you can quickly get inside by metro in the center. Plus, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace.

Frederic's place is very well located (2 mns walk from "le Val d'Or" train station), comfortable and quiet. Frédéric is very responsive and helpful. The place has lots of character as he obviously leaves in it (all his belongings are in the flat). Highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manuel’s comfortable apartment. We had everything we needed, it has lots of charm and the location is great, in a quiet residential street, yet close to the metro, shops and bars. Manuel was very easy to communicate with and ready to offer any help or info we might need.
