Unique Cortez Family Getaway w/ Mountain Views!

MollyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. It is very well decorated. It felt like a home, not a rental space. All the rooms are comfortable and BIG! There were little things you forget available to use. The fridge was even stocked with cold water. They have everything you could need in the kitchen. And it's so peaceful there. Absolutely silent at night. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

High end remodeled river retreat

BrynRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I think this was probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beds are firm memory foam. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house was so nice and extremely clean. Everything inside and out was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. 100/10

Little House on 8th Street is cozy and comfortable

MarkRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This amazing home was wonderfully comfortable and immaculately clean! Everything you need to have a great stay in the charming town of Dolores is on offer at this house. The delightfully comfortable beds, sofa’s, and dining areas made for a very enjoyable visit. The thermostat controlling with gas fireplace for heat was charming and gave the house a cozy, eclectic vibe that we sure found welcoming. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Heart of Dolores

SandraRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming Dolores home! The hosts were phenomenal and willing to go above and beyond to help. The town was adorable, and everything was within walking distance. The home was spacious and clean with everything one could wish for, including a large kitchen fully stocked with teas and coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Overall, I am so glad I chose this place! The only thing is that the doors are really tricky to lock. However, the town is super safe, so this wasn't a big problem for me (even as a girl living alone for the month). The wifi worked really well in the office. If you are planning to take lots of meetings or working from home, just beware that there was some noise from people taking calls and walking by the window of the office. Also, the TV only worked for DVDs and not streaming services (again, not a problem for me, but wanted to mention it).

Enchanted Retreat

JohnRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Nancy and Tom are not only wonderful people and perfect hosts, but their Enchanted Retreat almost defies description. The thoughtfully designed house is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, with beautiful views in all directions. The setting is like an island in the sky, both relaxing and invigorating at the same time, with the complete tranquility underscored by the sounds of birds, the breeze, and occasional brief rain or distant thunder and lightning over the La Plata range. We could have easily never left the property, but we did venture over to neighboring Mesa Verde, and up the incredible San Juan Skyway to Telluride and Ridgeway. By now it is evident that this is a very special place. Five stars is hardly a sufficient rating, and we doubt if we could ever match or exceed this for a western mountain retreat. Imagine staying in a homemade art gallery and being super comfy! Everything has been made and maintained with such care. It felt like a retreat and we enjoyed walking around the property too. Was a treat to be able to charge electric vehicle and have access to fresh veggies and herbs. There may also be some lovely surprises in the fridge for you- yum! Thanks for having us and also for the cottage-side hottub!
