Truly loved our stay! Irina went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Great location! You don't need a car, just your feet, and reach the Cathedral in less than 10 min. The surroundings of the apartment are lovable. Cozy eateries, a great bakery, Alfosito, where you can have breakfast or buy bread. The garage is a 5 min walk. You can easily get into the parking lot with a Jeep Renegade, Miguel is very helpful.

Very clean, modern, and ideally placed to get to the center and restaurants/food shops. The entry is without a key (with a digital key via smartphone) which surprised us at first but it turned out to be very convenient in the end. I recommend it for travelers who want to discover Seville on foot

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a perfect location. It couldn't have been better for our two nights stay in Seville. We had our 16-month-old baby with us and it was ideal, with an elevator, supermarket opposite, and a play park in the plaza. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in the city.

The apartment is very correct and close to most of the city's charming monuments and restaurants. The host was very attentive to check-in, to the point that we were able to check in even earlier than the time. I keep the memory of seeing the sunset of the Giralda from the roof. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was as described by the photos and in the ad. It was well equipped and although we practically did not use it it had air conditioning that is essential at another time of the year. It was clean on arrival and upon arrival Miguel welcomed us and showed us the apartment. For the location the car is recommended, and at certain hours, for example after 8 or 9 at night, it was a little more difficult to find parking. It's a good place to stay and I can recommend it.

The location was excellent and we had a great time. The terrace was very nice to have a meal with my family. The water was always warm and the heating system worked very well. We didn’t have any problems. The little square immediately outside was pretty but there was a lot of old yellow tape and ribbons used to block off parking spaces and it looked a little shabby where it was torn and replaced many times and it blocked off a direct walking path to the door. This wasn’t a problem for us.

Miguel was a wonderful host, always responsive and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cold waters waiting for us on check-in. The apartment is in a great location with lots of cafes, restaurants and markets in a short walking distance.

We were in two families with two children each. The house was great for kids who had a lot of fun on the top floor where there's the sofa bed and lots of toys. I already lived in Seville and wanted to be close to the alameda ( it is great because it is at the beginning of the lameda closest to the center) easy to go out at night and also to get to the historic center on foot! Next to the house is an exceptional café called mehl. It is well worth eating all there! It has a nearby market and all the necessary amenities. Easy to catch uber. It is a typical sevilhana house, with internal patio and many floors! I felt living here again. Some bathrooms have a little "return" in the smell, which didn't bother me because I know it's something common in the historic center in almost every house. O miguel was VERY solicitous and kind and gave us early checkin with great generosity. I want to go back to the same house!

Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

Amazing host we stay here for a month while we travelled in the region it was a great base. Location is great really close to sevilla but in a much relaxes town tomares. There you have everything you need stores supermarkets etc. if you want to stay in a great location and not break the bank antinio is your guy

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

The location of the apartment is perfect, many things to do in the surroundings. The apartment is just as it is in the photos, very clean and modern. Carla was attentive to everything, even allowed us to enter a few hours before, very very kind. I will definitely be back

the apartment is clean and comfortable, parking is in the garage. we asked for some extra sheets and we got them very quickly. also they respoded in a few minutes always.

The apartment is in the Siviglia city centre near to the most important streets and places. Regarding the apartment, wi-fi was strong for working remotely, the host was so kind and helpful and he also helped booking a taxi from/to the airport (That I highly recommend to take by the way). I would definitely come back to this apartment!

We were going to a family activity in Mairena theater, so the locations are fantastic. Tranquility and no noise. The apartment was very nice, spacious and with a splendid terrace. We loved it and felt right at home, both the girls and us. Definitely a luxury.
