Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The apartment is centrally located in the upper part of town, only around the corner from the main square, in the limited traffic area. You can drive close by to download the luggage. The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., my mother will be waiting for you at Via del Duomo 58 at the honey house (our company store) to accompany you to the house. Car access is allowed for those staying in the village. 6 km from Pitigliano. 10 km from the Sorano thermal baths 20 km from Saturnia Spa

In between Rome and Florence, Umbria and Tuscany. Foresteria 3 is a very nice apartment, in Foresteria, for 5 persons.

It has two floors: 1st: living room, double sofa bed, fireplace, 1 bathroom w shower, dining table and kitchen, balcony w. a wide view on the seafront; the 2 floor has two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) plus a WC and sink. A folding baby bed is also available.
