Mikes place was really great. It was close to everything in town and you can walk the beach to go anywhere. Overall the place was very clean and spacious.

Our Caribbean getaway at Perla Marina Beach Resort was truly unparalleled. The house was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained both inside and out. The spacious open floor plan, along with the three separate bedrooms each featuring full bathrooms, was fantastic. The yard was gorgeous, and the outdoor sitting and dining areas were incredibly convenient. The pool was a daily highlight, providing a perfect spot to cool off, swim, lounge, and relax. We used it frequently and enjoyed the surrounding flora and fauna while sipping cool drinks. Perla Marina’s proximity to Sosua Beach, which we fell in love with, was an added bonus. Jose, the property manager, was diligent in maintaining the pool and ensuring we had all the necessary supplies. He is indeed a very hardworking young man. Bob, we are grateful for the wonderful 10 nights we spent at your beautiful home away from home!

Casa Bonita is a lovely home that is a pleasure to stay in. It is tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful, secure community called Bahia de Arena. We had a wonderful time at the house and in Caberete…it’s only a few minute walk down the beach to a wide array of beachfront restaurants and shops. Joe is a great host and is always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Maria (housekeeper) is on-site intermittently during your visit to clean & provide anything that is required. I hope to return to Casa Bonita in the near future!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful villa! It’s close to the nearby town and city. It’s Secluded, and has a peaceful surroundings. Safe, clean and secure residential area. Friendly neighbors, staff and security. I rate this place a 9.5 out of 10. I will be renting again upon my return to the area.
