Vacation rentals in Montefredente

I had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place and would definitely recommend it. The interior was cozy and well-accommodated, and the outdoor view was stunning—I could see the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and Santa Croce right from the apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing, but it’s worth noting that it can get noisy on Friday nights and weekends, with people making noise past midnight. Jessica was a fantastic host—very friendly and responsive. She even helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs, which was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the water supply once, but Jessica resolved it quickly, so it wasn’t a big problem. If you don’t mind the stairs to reach the great panorama, the occasional late-night noise, and the quirks of an old water pipe system in the center of Florence, you will love this apartment!

Thr communication began as soon as I made my booking so I felt very comfortable especially as an older solo female traveller. I loved staying far enough from the tourist area yet everywhere was a comfortable walking distance. I was here to write so the space was perfect for me and very quiet. The space was very clean and I enjoyed using the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable- highly recommend especially for a single person. Great eateries close by & I felt very safe. Thankyou

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Our family of four (kids 7yo and 4yo) had a wonderful stay here! The location is walkable as is most of Florence. Check-in was easy, and our host, Andrea, was extremely responsive and helpful. Even flexible enough to allow us a few extra hours after checkout to finish a laundry cycle, which he then kindly bagged for us and updated me via text while we enjoyed our last few hours in Firenze. We had a very nice and relaxing time at Bella's place! We were greeted personally and also got some good tips for things to do in the area. The communication with Bella went smoothly, she always responded very quickly and helpful to questions. The breakfast was also very tasty and rich, and from the terrace you have a really great view!

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Sergio is a super host. He is very hospitable and very quick on responding to any requests. The place was very clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The apartment is in a building near the city center. The apartment is within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Firenze. If we go back to Firenze we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amelia’s house in Vellano.  The house is very comfortable and easy to live in, and it has fantastic views into the village and the surrounding hills.  Amelia is a welcoming host and very easy to communicate with.  We also appreciated having Stuart on the ground as someone who is always willing to help and to point out things to do.  We hope to make it back some time in the future.

It’s a lovely place, furnished with a good taste and equipped with all I needed during my stay. A beautiful Montecuccolo castle is within walking distance by one of CAI route, and, overall, the area is full of nicely labelled hiking trailes.
