The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. Look at the pictures. The rest is a studio at the Tigullio Rocks. Chiavari and Zoagli are at your doorstep. Walks from Portofino peak or on the hills above Zoagli also make you forget taxes and public debt. You'll find a double sofa bed and a single bed. I'm in the same room, so if there are three of you, it's a good idea to be very confident. We usually open the pool in mid-June and close it around the end of September. A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
