Paolo's apartment was perfect for our family of 7. Walking distance to the Colosseum and restaurants, cafes and a handy little supermarket just downstairs. The kids loved the bed up on the deck and we enjoyed the size of the apartment and the tiny lift to get us upstairs was really cool too. From the moment I made the booking until after we left, Paolo was amazing, from booking transfers, getting us out of a situation when the train drivers were on strike, making sure we were happy, giving us directions and information on all the local attractions and amenities we might need. Paolo made our time in Roma perfecto 👌

Very charming old house, in a quiet location just off Via Nomentana. Easy to get downtown with Bus 60. Absolutely fantastic roof terrace with all imaginable facilities for relaxation.

Certainly not a cheap stay, but we felt it was well worth the price! We were a family with two elderly and two children (9 yr and 7 months old) and we stayed one week. First, there is tons of space! The kitchen is small, but everywhere else has lots of room. Second, the location is superb. Just a couple of blocks from a Metro station and a popular bus stop. Walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, plazas, etc. Third, the hosts were so nice and thoughtful, leaving a huge spread for breakfast/snacks/drinks and allowing us flexible checking and luggage storage. Fourth, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows too. Additionally they provided a high chair, child plates, and a travel crib with pillow/sheets/blanket. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a great stay in Rome!!

A fantastic apartment in Rome, we absolutely loved the space and the neighbourhood. The apartment was clean and cozy. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Rome to stay here and in this neighborhood. The room is on the 3rd floor, a fairly easy walk up stairs and also has a good elevator. Room temperature was perfect, each bedroom has an air unit and one air unit in the main space, hardly needed to use it in October.

The location is walking distance from Roma Termini and is accesible by bus services. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Accesible to different areas in Rome by public transport. The house is clean and warm. Host is very friendly and helpful with information. Check in and out was easy.

Elena was very hospitable. We arrived before the scheduled time and were able to pick up the listing. Full of good advice, even before arrival... to reach Rome from the airport and then for visits. Host Francesca is very accommodating. For example, we came by car and she was able to hold a parking space for us (which can't be guaranteed). Alternatively, there are parking garages nearby. The street is quiet and unspectacular, as is the immediate vicinity. There is infrastructure around it in the form of several cafes and restaurants, a mini market with long opening hours, a supermarket. St. Peter's Square is a 15-minute walk away, S. Pietro train station (from there, for example, in a good half hour to Santa Marinella to the sandy beach) is 10 minutes away. The house is unspectacular, but during the day with Consergie. The apartment was in excellent condition and well equipped. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, which is a ++ +. The apartment is clairaudient, you can hear the neighbors from above, you have to expect that. The mattresses were quite hard which did not bother us, but you should know.

We had an excellent staying, the neighborhood is peaceful but walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and if you like walking… even to the historic center. I stayed there for 10 days with my mother and her friend. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped if you want some home cooking. They loved it too and look forward to come back. I enjoyed my stay at Trastevere and loved the apartment. The reservation process was easy for me, the communication was prompt, and the entry instructions were easy to understand. The Airbnb was beautifully furnished, clean, and I loved the quality craftmanship of the interior. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra comforter as I like to sleep in a cool room. The neighborhood is great and coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are an easy walk. This building was very conveniently located for me and I hope to return on my next visit to Rome.

Beautiful place on a quiet street, located near shopping and restaurant. The space itself was beautiful and comfortable.

Great apartment just a few minutes from the Vatican. Very busy central district but the apartment is quiet. Also only 2 minutes from the metro which takes you directly to Roma Termini (connection to airport and trains to other cities). It was the perfect place to start exploring the city, you can city walk to most of the big attractions. Stefano was very kind and helpful and always responded very quickly. We will definitely come back!

Alessandro’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. He’s a great guy, super accommodating and very responsive. The shower in one of the bathrooms is too small so we all ended up using the one in the bigger bathroom. Other than that, it was a delightful stay and we’d surely be coming back next time we are in Rome!

Very nice appartement, good location, great communication with host

The apartment was mostly clean and beautifully decorated. Having a washer AND dryer was wonderful. Lighting was good, a/c worked well and though in a central location, still very quiet inside. Location was perfect, near the Spanish steps, amazing shops but on a quiet street. We’ve stayed in about a dozen hotels and AirBnBs in Italy and do have a few suggestions: - Hand soap should not be watered down - Please provide shower gel - The mattresses could use a topper, this was the only place we’ve stayed where we woke up stiff. - Other 4 and 5 star accommodations all have provided a bottle of water to start with (some even provided a bottle of wine/light snacks, though that was an unexpected bonus). - The window of the master bathroom was filthy, looked like mud dripped and dried onto the outside of it. - The sheets on the master bed had a long dark hair in them (I am blonde, my husbands hair is super short). - Faucet in the master sink is wobbly - Showers are slippery, be careful

Best location, walk distance to most of the popular attractions. Hundreds of restaurants around, very safe place. The room is big and clean, 2 large bathroom. Most about the apartment is perfect! The only thing not perfect is the upstairs neighbors having party at night and walk on hard shoes for hours and hours. Overall, it's great place, worth the price, if you are not insomniac.

The photographs on the site weren’t very clear as to size etc, but two very spacious separate bedrooms (1 double, 1 with two single beds). Good size bathroom with very nice shower. Being a December booking the host had no problem with the heat being on to keep the place a nice warm temperature all the time.

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.
