Very nice place, we had a great time there! Beautiful surroundings. This house has everything you might need for a longer staying. It's cozy and comfortable. Sandrine is amazing host, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :)

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

this wad a last minute stay as our previous airbnb had electrical issues. Anna and Claudio were very accommodating of accepting our reservation last minute and allowing us to arrive at almost midnight. Since they were not expecting us the house was not fully prepared but they did their absolute best to get us everything we needed. They helped arrange activities and meals and were very pleasant hosts. We would definitely recommend their home.

The place is a bit hidden, but Andrea helped us very well with the instructions to find the house. Although we had rain all day, we totally enjoyed the stay because the house is very cozy and gets really nice and warm with the oven. We would have liked to use the outdoor area more but we will definitely come back when the weather is nicer!

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

House was exactly like from photos, price and quality value 100%. Place very calm, mine bedroom arrived at morning small birds, amazing mine family had really fantastic time there. ıt was good, clean and comfortable room. view was breathtaking. only handicap maybe the distance to center places. most of the restaurants were close and not that much interesting. but other than that this was the maybe best place to stay nearby.
